Cons:

Sảnh khách sạn rất nóng. Ăn sáng tại nhà hàng chỉ có 1 cây quạt nhỏ xíu, nhờ nhân viên mở thêm quạt nhan viên báo hết quạt và máy lạnh hư ( thật khó tin một khách sạn 4* như vậy ) rất nóng và bí bách khó chịu. SẼ KHÔNG BOOK LẦN 2

Quầy buffet ăn sáng thì ít món ăn đối với mình, chủ yếu mình ko ăn được gì mấy và mùi vị cũng nhạt nhạt, nên mong ks có thể cải thiện hơn

Nicely renovated building, shocking breakfast, be careful with the kettle or you may get electrocuted and a very average

Looked like a renovated hotel. The room was okay but not the appliances.

Cons:

Staff weren’t up to standard of a hotel. Only two could barely speak English and the night reception staff. Well there was only one guy that you almost felt sorry to ask him anything. He tried his best but it was challenging.

Das Hotel ist erste Klasse die Zimmer groß und sehr sauber
Das Badezimmer top sauber und sehr groß
Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hervorkommend alle Wünsche werden sofort erledigt
Wir fühlten uns wie Zuhause
Wir haben ein 3 Monate Baby und es war für uns so confortable mit den Baby das Hotel hatt alles für Babys und Kinder sofort bereit
Das Frühstück war erste klasse 👍 viel Auswahl für alle und frisches Essen und Früchte
Danke an alle Mitarbeiter wir hatten ein sehr schönen Urlaub wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder in das Hotel

Все бы ничего, но крадут даже орехи
Pros:

Расположение отеля относительно недалеко от центра и пляжа. Достаточно тихо и спокойно.

Cons:

Сам отель не совсем плох, но если бы не одна из ситуаций... Купили пачку орехов макадамии в самый первый день своего отпуска, ну и стояла эта пачку не тронутой пару дней в номере на открытом месте. В один из дней когда приехали с экскурсии в номер, то увидели что номер был убрал очень плохо, полотенца поменяли не все, две грязных тарелки и стакан грязные не поменяли а оставили так же грязными в номере, мыло не подливали 3 дня... Но зато какие то орехи украли из новой пачки ровно на половину. Больше ничего не тронули, но сам факт воровства , да ещё и такой это было просто последней точкой. Спустились на ресепшн, рассказали про ситуацию, извинились, пообещали провести на утро следующего дня свое расследование и доложить о результатах, ну как понимаете, просто забыли про данную ситуацию и никто больше ничего не докладывал. Затем забился слив в душе, при жалобе реагировали оперативно и быстро, номер стали убирать тщательнее и лучше. Но все таки из-за данного казуса общее мнение и впечатление об отеле было испорчено окончательно. Ещё можно сказать про бассейн. На фотографиях все супер и отлично, на деле грязные стекла, которые никто давно не моет, ну и сам ремонт уже подуставший.

Giá cả vừa tầm với chất lượng phòng và dịch vụ của khách sạn

Vị trí thuận lợi, phòng Delux rộng, view đẹp, tối thứ7 thấy được bên Vinpearl bắn pháo bông.
