Property was in a great location. Room was clean. I stayed in room 520 and it was quiet the entire weekend. Room smelled amazing and was clean overall. Hotel was walking distance to all major attractions. Parking garage right next door was convenient.
The pricing was crazy for the weekend! Almost double compared to the following weekend. :-( Would have appreciated a run down of what was on offer at check in. Hours for bar/restaurant etc.
We had a wonderful stay at the Glass Light Hotel in Norfolk. This is a fantastic boutique hotel with a beautiful ambiance, excellent staff, and comfortable, well-appointed rooms. One of the highlights was the stunning glass artwork created by the owner's mother, which added the perfect touch of whimsy to the hotel's tasteful, elegant décor. Every detail made the stay feel special. We would absolutely stay here again - 100% recommended!

Very clean, gorgeous room, exceptionally helpful and friendly staff.
Bed was a little uncomfy but not horrible.
The staff were lovely. The location is great for walking to restaurants and the waterfront. Loved the artwork in the lobby.
The room could have been a bit cleaner. The bathroom window doesn’t have shades, so the room stays quite bright. Would have been nice if the stay included breakfast.
Rooms wand linen were clean
AC is motion detected, and takes 30-45 mins to come on after it detects motion… while you’re asleep the AC STOPS working bc you are not moving! Maintenance guy told us the 1st room we were assigned they knew the AC was broken, we had to switch rooms at 7am bc our room was 82°… second room got hot during the night, bc no motion was being detected 🤦🏾♂️
Elevators all sound like they’re about to break!
I was charged $33/day for 3 days of valet parking that I did not use, and if I didn’t request a printed receipt, they would’ve gotten away with $99 for a service I didn’t use!!!

We came for Sail250 Tall Ships event. The location was great! The restaurant is elegant and the food superb. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was a low point, wife's salmon bagel was barely tosated and my home fries were just a large 'tater-tot'.
