Location and how it was easy to get to
They charged a resort fee. The food was overpriced and the portion was small. The room was small and the AC was set on Antarctica with no physical way to control without calling the front desk. Parking was a nightmare, this was just another unnecessary charge. These fees were not disclosed until checking in and after being on the road for 6-8 hours you just don’t have the time or energy to argue and by then the cancellation becomes almost impossible
No fridge in my room and I paid for one with fridge. I asked and they told me there were renovating some rooms.
The location of the hotel to attractions.
Pillows were too flat and not comfortable.
Breakfast good, the kitchen workers were very nice 👌 👍 make us feel comfortable and welcome.
No refrigerator in the room. My husband did not like the coffee.
Heated pool. Location - walking distance to many restaurants and metro. Helpful bell hops and other staff. Clean room.
We had a room with a king bed and sofa with a fridge and microwave. They moved us to a double bed room since we had our granddaughter, but it did not have a fridge or microwave which was disappointing. I have not even been in a cheap motel without those two amenities.
The view of the city the morning breakfast was the best the hotel is a 4star
NA
Nothing
Very disappointing experience. The hotel appears to discourage reservations made through third-party platforms. If you book through Booking.com, they charge an additional $25 per day, which feels like a penalty for not booking directly through their website.
The staff were rude and extremely unhelpful. I stayed here for a business trip, and the hotel even refused to provide a receipt for my stay, creating unnecessary problems with my expense reimbursement.
This is not the level of service I would expect from a professional hotel. Poor customer service, questionable booking practices, and no consideration for business travelers. I would not stay here again and strongly recommend choosing another hotel.
Breakfast was very nice and perfect options, quality of food was great
Toaster was broken
La cama
La instalación es vieja y el ascensor.
Close to the museums and touristy areas
No Parking, over charge, there is no refrigirator, the water in the bathroom and faucet drips very slow. Not worth the price.
The breakfast buffet was evxceptional, and our server was delghtful!
