Outstanding service provided
Pros:

We had a great experience. The hotel staff was exceptional. A special thanks to Maggie who took care of our room and to Theresa who was very helpful at the front desk. The Bellhop staff was also great. Will definitely stay here again when in DC.

Friendly and Welcoming Staff!
Pros:

We had a wonderful first impression. The front doorman was welcoming and our check in was excellent. Frank took care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. Arriving to your destination after a long trip can sometimes be hard but Frank answered our questions, helped us with early check in and was super friendly. This trip is off to a great start!

Great service!
Pros:

The service here is great! From the moment we stepped foot on the property, we were greeted with a warm welcome from the door man to the concierge. Especially helpful, however, was Frank at the front desk. He helped us out with early check in after a long red-eye flight, and met our every need. He was so wonderful!

Great Hotel
Pros:

Went with the National FCCLA conference. It was way fancier and nicer then any hotel I would stay at with my own family. It was very nice. It was a hot week in DC and they had water for you to grab coming and going through the heat of the day. Staff was amazingly nice, considering we were not their typical patrons. Location was great as there were many metro stops close by to get on to. Rooms were incredibly clean. I have no idea what our school paid to stay here, I'm sure it was out of my personal price range, but it was very nice!

Great service and experience
Pros:

Frank at the front desk provided exceptional customer service during our stay at the Capital Hilton. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely went out of his way to help us. We were so grateful that he was able to accommodate a late checkout, which allowed us to enjoy our final morning in Washington, D.C. without feeling rushed.

Throughout our stay, everyone at the hotel was welcoming, but Frank’s kindness and willingness to help really stood out. It’s employees like him who make a good hotel stay a memorable one. Thank you, Frank, for making our visit even more enjoyable. We look forward to staying at the Capital Hilton again!

Awesome place to stay!
Pros:

We had a pleasant stay. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. We has a wonderful gentleman who brought us a roll-away bed who was super nice and helpful. Our A/C was not operating up to par, so we had some wonderful engineers come to repair it. We enjoyed chatting with Anthony. The housekeeping staff were all friendly and accommodating. The gentlemen at the front entrance were always willing to lend a hand. The staff in the bar were wonderful, too. On our last last day, Mohamed Dumbuya helped us to pack up our car to leave. The hotel was clean and well kept! We would definitely recommend staying here. The staff is top notch!

Hotel was beautiful

Cons:

We booked a queen room with seating area so we would have a.bigger room. When we got to the hotel they told us they did.not have any more queen rooms so they put us in.a king room which we thought was going to have the seating area also... it did.not. when I tried to have them credit our stay they said ALL their rooms have a sitting area. They do not! The pictures on their website and your website are.not accurate. Basically false advertising. I feel I should get a credit for our stay?? On Capital Hiltons website and booking.com website i did.not see what our room had in it on the website pictures. NOT.A HAPPY CUSTOMER
