we got a "special gift" for being a member of the rewards program--a couple of water bottles--simple, yet appreciated, especially bec it was a very hot day; breakfast was made-to-order

It’s very convenient and clean and it has an electric car charger that we were able to use.

Cons:

The first night was extremely noisy with the room above us, but the second night was fine. Also, when you take a shower, it runs all over the bathroom floor, which I found kind of annoying.

Le personnel qui nous a trouvé une solution
Attention, le sofa n’est vraiment pas un vrai lit et le matelas est épais comme une crêpe. Après une remarque ils nous ont changé de chambre.

Le breakfast n’est pas du tout à la hauteur

I arrived about 6 pm to the hotel, I did not notice the sink was clogged until brushing my teeth to go to bed . . ., and the commode was not flushing. When showering in the morning there was not cream rinse. Very unfortunate experience all the way around.
