Very clean and tidy, the reception is so nice
De ruime lounge
De kleine kamer, het koude zwembad.Uitzicht op een dak
Spacious room, nice view of the harbor
A little far from main city attractions
Cool vibe, polite and courteous staff, clean and visually comforting environment

Room was clean, comfortable and spacious.
Location was less than desirable.
Quick overnight stay so unable to use all amenities. The room was lovely and the beds comfortable
Was a bit noisy … neighbours upstairs and hallway.
This hotel was reasonably priced considering its amenities and location.
The AC was positioned to blow the air in your face while you sleep, which made the night's sleep uncomfortable.
I really enjoyed my stay at The Vic. The rooms were nicely upgraded and included fridge, microwave, coffee maker and AC. the area was really quiet and easy to access the harbour and downtown. I would definitely stay here again!
The gym was available 24/7 but it would have been perfect if the room has a better ventilation as it was a bit stuffy in the room.
Writing
The room floor and the chair were extremely dirty to the point that we could not even comfortably sit in the room. In addition, I had to stop my shower midway because the drainage did not work properly and the water would not drain at all.
Unfortunately, the check-in experience was also disappointing. The front desk staff member, Fathmah, appeared to rush me through the check-in process and even attended to another guest in the middle of assisting me, which felt unprofessional and discourteous.
The most difficult part of the stay, however, was the constant construction noise and the extremely bright lighting positioned directly in front of the suite throughout the entire night. We were unable to sleep properly at all. As this was a business trip, the lack of rest significantly impacted our ability to function the next day and made the overall stay very stressful and exhausting.
In addition, the surrounding area of the hotel felt unsafe and uncomfortable due to the large number of homeless individuals gathered nearby, which further added to the overall discomfort during our stay.
The staff were excellent
The staff were friendly
The room smelled strongly of mould.
Also, many intoxicated guests at 4pm on a Wednesday acting aggressive and rowdy.
We checked out our room and went down to cancel our stay and get a refund.
Bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower was great.
Don’t know how this hotel attracts some bottom of the barrel people. The aircon is a window shaker unit, the rooms are noisy. I don’t know how this hotel got 4 stars. 3 at best is more accurate
Really nice use of the space. Quaint and comfortable
No real complaint but some things like patio doors and elevator are getting a bit old
