We went to the pool, it was stated that the pool was heated, but the water in the pool was cold. When we lay down to rest, it was very noisy in the corridor, children and adults from neighboring rooms were constantly running and screaming. At 1:00 am, the fire alarm went off, and we had to run outside, which caused us a lot of stress. When we were checking out of the hotel, no one from the staff apologized for the inconvenience.
Good facilities
Aircon was inefficient and noisy. Fans would have been better!

not child proof. My one-year-old bumped into a sharp angle and cut her forehead open.
Fatemeh was the most fabulous front end staff ever!! She was helpful and efficient but also engaged with us on a personal level asking about our days and ensuring our needs were met! The bikes the hotel own for patrons to borrow were so appreciated and allowed us to explore Victoria’s amazing bike trail system! The kitchen in our suite allowed us to enjoy meals and snacks through the day!
This is minor but the carpet in the hallways could use a cleaning. The bikes worked but could use a tune up!
Easy to locate plus the hotel upgraded our room to a one bedroom suite. The beds are very comfortable.
Nothing although the signage at the street is a little hard to see.
Bathroom and showers were really nice. Beds were nice and comfy. Hotel had the parking lot repainted when we came. Looks from good outside.
Carpets were stained and dirty. The hallway smelled of cigarette smoke and rooms were smelly inside everytime you first came in. The smell was tolerable after a while.
The amenities were great! And the Floyd Diner attached to the hotel

The room price is too expensive
The room was spacious, the pool was clean, the view from our balcony was beautiful, it was quiet, and there were things to do for children. The staff were very friendly, and accommodating. When we asked for a toaster for our kitchenette and a fan for the living space they were able to provide.
*There is only air conditioning in the bedroom, so the living area was very hot. Opening the sliding glass door to the balcony to cool the room off just let bugs in because there was no screens.
*The tile floors were dirty and when I brought it to the attention of the front desk they were very apologetic and sent someone to reclaim them. Unfortunately I think they use dirty mops and it didn't make such a difference.
* we rented a room with a kitchenette, which was great except there needed to be a few more items, for example: a mixing bowl, measuring cups, and measuring spoons.
We liked the amenities with the entertainment area and the popcorn.
