Comfortable beds and clean up-to-date bathroom.
Pros:

Bed was super comfortable. Suite looked clean and bathroom was excellent. We were right beside the recreation room. There were lots of kids and people in and out of there and we didn’t hear anything, which was great.

Cons:

Super strong cleaner odor in suite that hit you every time we walked into the room. Carpet seemed to be coated with something, probably a cleaning product of some sort.

Pros:

Extra activity rooms and popcorn maker are great for kids. Lots of space in the room and kitchen was great. Suite with 2 queen beds not available at first, but they phoned me with the upgrade which made a huge difference to our stay. Diner available. Very clean. Comfortable beds and bedding

Cons:

Pool should have been warmer.

Cons:

Room was too small for the number of beds in it. Movement around the room was restricted once someone is sits at the desk. i expected a bigger or better room especially withe amount being charged.

Excellent service, a comfortable stay and outstanding hospitality
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay. The place was clean and good location. Fatemeh was exceptional, She was always kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. Her excellent communication made my stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

The only area for improvement would be that some parts of the hotel could benefit from a little renovation. However, didn't affect our overall experience, and we still had very pleasant stay thanks to the excellent service.

Pros:

Comfy beds, Free popcorn at 4 o'clock! Games/ gym/ pool. Toiletries and the sink the bedroom rather than the toilet - really good when sharing. Really appreciated that staff and owners are trying really hard to provide facilities.

Cons:

Noisy aircon/ windows didn't open. It has been upgraded but still felt a bit dated.
