部屋のニオイ
とても静かで大変過ごしやすかったです。
わたしが清掃の有無の表示をしなかったのが悪かったですけど、朝9時過ぎにわざわざドアをノックしてまで聞く事？って思いました。
連泊してて、表示がなければ黙ってタオル等ドアノブにかけておいてくれれば良いのに。
ツインの部屋を用意して下さいました。（シングルで予約）
エレベーターより遠い部屋を用意していただきました。（希望を聞いていただきました。）

遅い時間のチェックインになりましたが、とても優しく丁寧に対応していただきました。
案内されたお部屋はグレードアップされていたようで、
滞在中は広くて綺麗なお部屋で快適に過ごす事が出来ました。

レンタカーを使ってたので駐車場の方に 何度もお世話かけましたが 笑顔で対応 素敵でした。

すすきのから近く、コンビニも数軒近くにある。
チェックイン時に声がけされ、フロントのかたに名前を伝えたがその後、再度機械でのチェックインをしないとならず。
係の人の言い方が少しきつく感じた。
施設及びスタッフの対応がとても良い。
残念ながら韓国のお客様が多くて日本人の朝食マナーとはちょっと違い不快なところがあった。
初めての利用で２泊しました。部屋の清掃希望のカードをドア外に掲示しておくと、とてもキレイにベッドが整っていてありがたかった。部屋には、粉茶のスティックとドリップコーヒーがありました。コーヒーは嬉しい。
地下鉄すすきの駅からちょっとある。雨が降り傘さして歩くのはつらい。宿泊直前にホテルからチェックイン用のQRコードが送られてきたが、迷惑メールに入って見つからず困った。

とくにないですが今回部屋を間違えた人がいてガチャガチャされたのが気持ち悪かった
