楽しく過ごせて来年も利用したいです。
Pros:

ブッキングコムからのメールが仕事で見ることが出来ず、キャンセルになっていたけど丁寧な対応で急遽、１部屋を準備してもらえた。キャンセル経緯も調べて丁寧に教えてくれました。
帰り際も笑顔で見送っていただけた。

値段から事前に想像していたよりも、ずっと楽しくて、快適だった。

ロープウェイまで近い。
ゲーム貸し出し、ウェルカムドリンクやお菓子がよかった。

Cons:

シーツに汚れあり。前の宿泊者の落とし物が床にあり。掃除がされているか気になった。
宝さがしは子供には難しすぎる。ウェルカムサービスのお菓子が既にないものがあり残念。

ウェルカムドリンクにアルコールがあった点。全体的におしゃれで大浴場もかなり清潔感があった点。部屋全体が清潔感があったのはとても良かった。

Pros:

朝食がとてもおいしかったです。スタッフの方も皆さん親切でした。

Excellent in every way.

Excellent altogether. Service, location, breakfast, facilities

Cons:

The pillow!!!!!!!! Hard as a rock. Also, the air conditioner was difficult to know how to adjust. There was no explanatory sheet available and my translate app couldn't make much sense of it. Small problems though; overall the place was fantastic.

歐風外表，內裝有年代感的旅館，但整體上來說維持得很好，很用心也蠻溫馨的，浴場小巧乾淨。老房子隔音不如新建築，如果小孩容易吵鬧的話，可能比較容易吵到其他客人。
