The pool. The ease of the location. Room size and comfortable beds

Cons:

Womens restroom in pool house. Lights need attention. Auto light goes off after about 30 seconds leaving user in the dark in the restroom

Great location, excellent service, and a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in a great downtown location. The staff was friendly and professional, and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Everything was within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy the city. Overall, we had a great stay.

Cons:

The parking fee was a little expensive, but everything else met our expectations.

This place sucks.
Cons:

Parking was under construction so forced to pay $55 for valet. Sheets and towels stink and stained. Toilet makes awful noise. Bar couldn't serve drinks because internet was down. Staff was rude. Can't watch TV or use laptop because of internet.

Some good stuff but huge problem with noise
Pros:

Stayed here for a week during a visit. The hotel is very central and overlooks the circle monument, easy to get to and my check in was quick and friendly. Room was large and overlooked the centre so great views. WiFi works after a few attempts and was reliable after that. The hotel was busy with a conference group and the noise was intolerable. Noise from rooms next door, noise from corridors and doors slamming, noise from cars and motorbikes outside. Barely seems any soundproofing at all and never managed a decent nights sleep. Bathroom had a shower and a bath, toiletries are so far up the wall they are at head height and squirted shampoo in my eye as we were level - I have no idea why they are so high up when there is a bath
