So clean and welcoming!

Loved literally everything except the balcony.

Cons:

The balcony carpet was a complete different vibe to the room. The room was very clean, inviting, luxurious, beautiful but the balcony carpet was awful like motel status

Convenient, Friendly, Clean
Pros:

A LOT of food options, beautiful room, conveniently located in the convention center, so it's a great option if you're going to a con there. Justin from HGV spoke to us about the Hilton Honors program and made sure we knew how we could get points and what we could spend them on, as well as the benefits. I actually had a bunch but didn't realize there were other exclusive things you get, too. He was very sweet and recommended food in the area.

Amazing stay!
Pros:

Fantastic stay at the Anaheim Hilton! The front desk staff was super nice and speedy, the room was clean and easy to get to, and Justin with HGV was super helpful. He got me and my friend both extra points in the rewards program, gave us hot tips for wear to eat, and was overall super friendly and easy to talk to. Fantastic staff all around!!! Couldn’t be happier!

Great place to stay to keep the littles entertained while mom and dad unwind.
Pros:

Shuttle to Disneyland was great and saved money on parking. Room was clean and safe for our four year old. Our four year old loved the splash pad. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel area was quiet while the lobby was a fun level of lively. Overall the best value hotel for going to Disneyland.

Great Service, Easy Check-In, Clean Rooms, and a Surprisingly Good Maui Vacation Offer

I’ve had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Anaheim so far. I’m here joining my boyfriend while he’s in town for work, and from the moment I arrived, the service has been excellent. Check-in was quick and easy with no wait, the room was clean and comfortable, and everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly and helpful.

While I was sitting in the lounge enjoying a coffee, I was approached by one of the Hilton promotional representatives, Pankaj. He was incredibly kind, personable, and easy to talk to, never pushy. He shared an offer for a 5-day/4-night stay at the Maui Kaanapali resort, and it ended up being a great value for a property that can normally be very expensive. The package also included Hilton Honors points and a $100 certificate, which was a nice bonus.

As a Hilton Gold member, I already stay with Hilton regularly, but experiences like this are exactly why I continue to do so. The staff here really seem to care about making guests comfortable, and the service throughout my stay has been excellent.

Overall, I’ve really enjoyed my stay at Hilton Anaheim and would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay … but the sales people, oh my
Pros:

Every staff member I encountered was very helpful and accommodating.
Even though I didn’t appreciate the salespeople in the lobby trying to sign me up for Hilton honors and to give me “free points”. I know these guys are just doing their job, so no issue there. I would hope that their hire ups would see this and understand that by the fourth time a guest is approached in this way, it has soured their opinion of the venue.
