It was nice to have maid service check towels and coffee.

Hotel is fine for the business traveler
Pros:

For the business traveler with clients in the area around the hotel, this would be a prime location. For us, it was isolated in an industrial complex and required a lot of driving to get to our destinations. This disappointment is due to our not knowing the lay of the land, rather than the actual accommodation. Over all, it was a bog-standard chain hotel with a perfectly adequate room and clean.

Cons:

The location is good only for people who know they need to be in this industrial end of the city.

DO NOT STAY HERE
Pros:

Nothing was not allowed to actually check in. I was robbed by booking and the hotel itself. So I will NEVER use booking again or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cons:

They stole money from me . Zero customer service. I had to book another hotel.
