Clean comfortable hotel close to freeway
Pros:

Location close to freeway but not a lot of other stores/restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly and check in and out went smoothly. Room was quite clean and very well organized. Water provided, ice down the hall, refrigerator in room. Lots of outlets. Bed and pillow very comfortable. Shower hot and clean.

Cons:

Appreciated there was a restaurant. Unfortunately their internet connection was down so had to pay by cash. Minor inconvenience. Food was fresh, hot, and tasty. Lobby coffee shop also available.

Helpful staff, clean rooms and a very convenient location.
Pros:

The front desk clerk Lauren was very helpful. As a woman traveling alone, she made sure not to announce my room number which made me feel incredibly safe. She was also wonderful to work with.

Pros:

Close to where our family lives. Nice, comfortable rooms. Beautiful indoor pool and hot tub. Good restaurant attached. Good thing becauase this hotel is kinda far away from anything like restaurants, shops, etc. (Unless you count Wendy's across the street!)

Cons:

I wish breakfast was included. There is a restaurant and an in lobby coffee shop with bagels, etc. Still.. I like a hotel breakfast. Also, no grab bars in the bathtub/shower. We're not handicapped... just want that extra safety. I guess we'll have to ask for a handicapped accessible room next time.

Perfect stay for our concert weekend, decently priced.
Pros:

Spacious rooms, exceptional customer service. Love that there was a Starbucks on site. A lot of plug ins.

Cons:

Shower temp in the morning plus water pressure in the shower in the morning. Ice maker didn’t work well on the 7th floor.
