Cons:

i did pay for highspeed wifi but it never worked. I couldnt even use the tv streaming services or see a tv guide. Id love a refund for my wifi purchase. Elevator was extremely slow!

Our whole experience was so smooth and every staff person we met was so friendly!!

Nothing… oh the beds were comfortable!

Cons:

The elevator broke down multiple times. The food was not appealing when I checked in. They gave me keys to somebody else’s door and this was at 10:30 11 o’clock at night and there were older people who had to walk down the stairs. I explained to them as the Insurnace Agent… Was illegal for them to continually have the elevator broken and not doing anything about it except saying I’m sorry it was ridiculous and I should’ve called the city on them
