The grounds were clean and well maintained. The lobby was large spacious, decorated beautifully. We toured the first floor meeting spaces easily accessible. The restaurant looks inviting. The front desk people were excellent, especially Heather 💯👏🏿
Randy was very helpful assisting me with paid parking and check-in
The hotel was clean, service was great and our burger and fries were delicious even though we ate them well after we had gotten them to go!
I had an excellent experience during my stay, and a big part of that was thanks to one outstanding team member, Heather. From the moment I arrived, the she was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive to my needs.
She handled check-in efficiently while still taking the time to explain hotel amenities and offer helpful local recommendations. Throughout my stay, she consistently went above and beyond—whether it was quickly resolving a small issue in my room or simply greeting me with a warm smile each day.
What stood out most was her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. It’s clear she takes pride in their work and truly care about guests having a positive experience.
Employees like her make all the difference, and I would absolutely return to this hotel because of the exceptional service I received.
I stayed here for 2 weeks and Randy knew my name and helped me with everything and anything. He was very nice and helpful. Ana helped check me in and was wonderful as well. Heather checked me out and they all were amazing and made the experience great!
Randy and his co workers were excellent in making my 3 week stay pleasant. After having a room with a slight issue, they took care of me by listening to my needs and putting me in a better room. Randy was attentive to my needs, but also a great conversationalist. I think he is an amazing asset to the Hilton organization.
The staff here is wonderful! We have been staying here for extended stays throughout the beginning of 2026. The entire time we’ve stayed here, the staff has accommodated everything we have needed. Anthony, one of the bartenders, was super friendly. We had a fun conversation about sports while watching the Super Bowl. Heather, at the front desk, was SO SO helpful! She was such an MVP throughout all of our stays. Make sure you get cookies!
The staff was kind and helpful. In addition, the location was convenient and it was clean. This should not be a 4 star hotel and for a Doubletree it was so disappointing with all of the maintenance issues.
Our hot water in the bathroom sink would not shut off unless you placed it in a certain position.
The neighbors across from us had mold/mildew in their bathroom. Our friend on the 6th had their HVAC unit fall off the wall at 5am and you could see the outside.
We attended an event. The bar drinks were overpriced. They weren't prepared for the line at the bar so they needed way more staff. The dinner was salad, parmesan chicken, and pasta. The pasta was overly dry. The chicken was ok, but a little on the dry side, too. The salad was good. The breakfast wasn't bad, but it seemed like they used powder eggs.
I would not stay there again.
Everything was lovely. I especially appreciated Shakeiva in the coffee shop downstairs. Started my day off every morning with a kind word, a smile and a hot cup of coffee. Always nice when you’re traveling away from home.
We just spent some time at a Doubletree property in Rochester for the holidays and stopped here for a few days to unwind as a family.
The front desk staff here especially Heather & Alaizya are exceptional. So friendly, welcoming, and helpful to us. They answered all of our questions and were very compassionate to our needs for accessibility. I especially loved the attention at this property to food allergies.
Thank you so much for your fantastic customer service!
Came out here on vacation and heather at the front desk helped. I would totally come back here again. I’m going to recommend this to everyone else
Heather at the front desk was amazing! She was attentive and accommodating to our needs. Make sure you ask for the cookies!
This is a very old Doubletree trying to promote a cheap refresh as a boutique hotel near the King of Prussia mall which it really isn’t by the way and well the lobby and restaurant bar are nicely reappointed, the rest of the Hotel is severely lacking and they did carpet and finishes and some Decor. It really is not to the level needed. There are major system needs for this hotel, and while I was here, only three of the four elevators were working, and all the rooms are truly outdated and have the old style air conditioner, which by the way turns on and off all night. I would not recommend staying here as a business traveler.
We were attracted to this property by it’s unusual layout and the size of its rooms which are actually suites. The receptionist at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. This is a large property which often hosts events and therefore it gets crowded. We enjoyed our room and had a decent stay. One of 3 elevators was totally shut down. Breakfast was not included. Parking is plentiful because there are serious crowds in the evenings. The bathroom doors (2) are sliders and horribly designed. They were hard to operate and unacceptably noisy.
Gross. We pulled down the bed to find a huge stain on the sheet that looks like urine. Called the front desk for new sheets and took over 30 minutes to respond. You would think it would be a priority at 10:30pm
Clean room
Very friendly staff
Upon getting out of the elevator
Although this is a nice hotel, I found it a bit overpriced. Its age is starting to show, the rooms are quite small, and it’s not close to the subway or Times Square. I understand not having microwaves in the room, but there’s not one in the hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again but others may love it.
