Disappointing
Pros:

Courteous staff. Good fitness center.

Cons:

Room poorly maintained; no hot water in sink which I reported and was acknowledged but not addressed. Also bathroom door handle malfunctioned locking me into the bathroom, had to call maintenance for assistance. Water fountain in gym not hooked up. Nothing to wipe gym equipment. Hotel adjacent to a gas station with many idling trucks and loud motorcycles entering and exiting.

It was a good stay and where it is located is convenient for dinner and gas!

Room was not ready at check in.
Key fob on room door was not working. For 2 hours we waited for them to fix it. Never happened. We left and got a full refund.
Another room was not offered.

Filthy! Trust me and stay at a neighboring hotel...
Pros:

This place is filthy. Everything is dirty; the rooms, the lobby, the elevators, the exterior... We have been here three nights and still haven't head housekeeping empty our trash, refresh towels - we had to ask for new towels and set all the used ones in the hallway with our trash bags. Our room has crusty spots on the carpet that feel like a milkshake was spilled and never cleaned (at least I hope it was a milkshake). At breakfast, four employees were in the way of the line of customers and they sat there chatting and making breakfast while others waited; there was zero concern for guests. I stay at Hilton brand hotels on a regular basis for work and family trips. This is definitely the worst hotel I have stayed at in the past few decades.
