To preface this awful review, my family only stays at Hilton’s
1. The rooms are so outdated
2. The rooms were filthy
3. No trash can ANYWHERE throughout the hotel, only outside
4. Toilets don’t flush
5. Shower doesn’t drain and the caulk had bugs coming out of it
6. The room was NOT cleaned once in our 4 day stay
7. Our door “ran out of battery” and had to bring someone at 10:30 at night to fix it.. twice
8. The pool was foggy and smelled like urine
9. No fridge, microwave, or trash cans in the rooms
10. Flies in the toilet and spider eggs in the stairwell
You’re only paying $200 a night for the fact that it’s across the street from the airport. If I were you go to the hotel next door it was built a year ago and is MUCH cleaner than this shack
I am deeply disappointed by both the Hilton St. Louis Airport staff and Hilton Corporate. After questioning a non-disclosed $20 parking fee, the front desk agent, Jasmine, unhelpfully directed me to my booking platform. While my husband and I were deciding how to proceed, a second agent, "Cat," took it upon herself to cancel our reservation without our consent.
I contacted Hilton Corporate immediately to resolve the issue. The corporate representative, Mario, called the front desk but chose to blindly accept Cat's fabricated story that I was being disruptive. Mario then informed me I was not welcome at the property based on this lie. Furthermore, Mario refused to log a formal complaint or honor my Hilton Honors status simply because the room was booked via a third party. To have a local agent cancel a room out of spite is bad enough, but to have a corporate representative refuse to document the incident is a complete failure of customer service.
The facilities were good, staff attentive and food good
The bed was like the Grabd Canyon, we got very little sleep because we constantly fell into the crater in the Center of the bed ☹️
We were locked out of our room multiple times, asked the front desk for help, and instead, she made us show bank statements to prove we were billed already & supposed to be at the hotel. She still didn't believe us and tried to charge us again to get back into the room. Eventually, the other woman told her we had been there, so she looked at the computer, found us, and did not even apologize. Absolutely ridiculous.
The night worker did an amazing job, Zach
Rooms were so outdated, hallway reeked of weed, bathroom toilet busted, door wouldn't shut, huge gap between room door and floor(that was at an angle even) For almost $200 a night for 3 rooms, PLUS had to pay for parking, I won't stay there again
The staff was super friendly and helpful! The shuttle to (and from!) the airport was easy and ran every half hour. Beds were very comfy and the room was up to my picky standard of clean.
We left out car in the parking lot while on an eighteen day trip out of the country (I had Groupons!). It was very easy and convenient both to drop off and to pick up- a great option for us! The shuttle driver was helpful with the bags and dropped us off right next to our car when we returned.
I’d recommend this hotel to anyone traveling too or from Lambert St Louis.
Restaurant not quite up to par, I didn’t like the middle of the lobby set up- it WAS convenient tho, since we arrived late. I ordered my fave crème brûlée and got something really strange instead- the waitress was good and did not charge us but insisted it really was their version of the classic- it was some sort of vanilla pudding over a too hard to eat chocolate (ganache?) and was not brûléed. (My boyfriend ate it, lol).
Very minor complaint in the scheme of things tho, my Caesar salad with chicken was perfectly fine.
Paying for parking no easy access to my room from parking lot.
Cercania con el aeropuerto y el servcio 24 horas de traslado a este, el restaurante bien
Breakfast cost $20 but it was good.
Room temp can't control. Bed too soft. Room smell bad. Pool close 80% time during our stay. Breakfast not included. You will have to pay for parking every day. Staff were not very friendly
Decent enough location.
The floor was dirty. No breakfast available and no coffee. The air conditioner was loud.
The lobby and bar/restaurant area is wonderful. That’s where it ends. The room I was in was dated, warm and just uncomfortable. They clearly renovated some areas just not all. The shuttle bus driver was awesome!!
This is an old hotel that is in desire need of remodeling. Ac would not get below 81, toilet ran constantly and engineering instead of replacing the toilet master water control just cover a portion of it w a hand towel to keep it from spraying out. Ceiling over bath looked like someone had a battle with a beheaded chicken that shot blood spots all over it. Light fixtures rusty, paint peeling. Could go on and on but where would you stop? Just old with no upkeep or maintenance.
