Great stay for the value. Highly recommend if you are staying in the IE.
Pros:

The property is clean and quiet. Very nice room for the price. ADA accommodations were provided at no extra charge. Close to freeway on ramp, amenities and we even enjoyed the pool area. Very pleasant stay.

Poor experience.
Cons:

Loudest air condition ever experienced. Bathroom curtain to short results in slip hazard and flooding, bathroom smelled like mold S did room, phone line tomfront desk was a joke S impossible to hear.

Excellent family stay
Pros:

​Everything was excellent during our family stay. The check-in service was top-notch, and my son absolutely loved the warm cookies at arrival. We would definitely return!

Cons:

Everything was great, we have no complaints at all.

Cons:

Only one elevator worked also had to ask for toilet paper and never received it. As an amputee had to go downstairs and get it from the front desk

After our stay we highly recommend no one staying here. Poor management
Pros:

At first we liked the price, but after half a day we realized we are getting what we paid for.

Cons:

They didn’t tell us upon check i. That they were down to one elevator so long lines and waits. The walls in room had dust all over them, the carpet had not been properly vacuumed had toe nails, dust, and other remnants. I asked front desk for extra blankets never received them even after complaining the next day. Outside elevator on our floor was something spilled and very dirty for almost 24hrs. There were someone’s room service trays by elevator for 24hrs.. very unhappy with our stay!

Crap. Will never go back nor recommend., stressful experience

Chose it only as it was venue of a function

Cons:

I booked 2 queen beds specifically and they gave me a room with one king size with no notice. I had to go down to desk again to change. They simply said no 2 queen beds available because of plumbing issues..they gave me one rollaway bed to compensate and that I will get free breakfast or complimentary.. I said my booking said breakfast already included and desk guy said no but will give complimentary..

When we went down to breakfast the person behind desk checked my room and gave me two pairs of cutlery.. then in front of my friends, she came to me and took back one pair of spoons saying I was just entitled to one free breakfast.. I had to back to desk to complain about being humiliated by restaurant actions.. the guy assigned that morning went to restaurant and gave instructions to staff to give instructions to give two vouchers.. it was actually a crappy breakfast and crappier because of their lack of training on making guests comfortable..

There is only a set of elevators for the 6 floors.. waiting is agonizing

Not a pleasant stay. Stressful because of changes they make to your reservation without telling you
