Got to the hotel, had to wait for a room after I booked it 5 days ahead. Got to the room the curtains was broken the toilet paper holder was broken no towels was in the room was calling to get towels for 15min no one answered had to leave my room head down stairs from the 10th floor to het towels. Let them know that no one is answering the phone as the person that check me said said she knew it was taken off while standing there a few more guests came down asking for towels as well. Just wanted to sleep that’s alldis

The rooms the rug just felt outdated and and wet.
The staff was very kind and friendly. I used all 3 onsite locations, and the food was great. Natasha and Hemlata were particularly helpful and kind.
The only issue I had was that the AC in the room did not work very well, and it was a bit warm in the room.
The beds are very comfortable. The toliet seat is hot and toasty for your buns.

The hotel called me to confirm I was still intending to keep my reservation. After telling them I was on my way there from out of state and would be there later in the evening I received an email letting me know that I was marked as an unpaid stay while I was en route to the hotel and that my card would be charged for the room as a penalty for the cancellation. When I immediately called the hotel I was told my room was given away. The employee was very rude and when I requested to speak with a manger I was out on hold for many hours while driving through multiple states to the hotel. I mentioned that their cancellation triggered a charge for the room on my card and the man said it was my problem to deal with.
