necessary as we were working and the location was convenient. However, I would rather stay elsewhere

Cons:

The staff were unhelpful and robotic as if they had memorised a script. They kept repeating the same sentence without listening to our concerns. The rooms are so old fashioned and the carpets feel dirty. The beds are so soft as if the matresses havent been changed in decades.
