the safety of doors. i stayed in 11th floor and the lock just wasn’t secure we had to put the iron board against the door just to feel comfortable going to sleep

Dificuldade no retorno
Pros:

Viagem a trabalho e o hotel é muito perto.

Cons:

Estou desde a semana passada pedindo para enviarem a invoice e não enviam. Pediram para eu contatar a Booking.com e também não recebeu retorno até o momento.
Não entendo qual está sendo a dificuldade de enviar um documento que deveria ser entregue no check out.

Good jumping off point for NYC
Pros:

Nice sized room, on the top floor with a view. Comfortable bed, nice comfortable chair. Good shower and choices of a bar and restaurant.

Cons:

Breakfast was extra.
