I like the city that it’s in but I wouldn’t stay again
The rooms the rug just felt outdated and and wet.
The staff was very kind and friendly. I used all 3 onsite locations, and the food was great. Natasha and Hemlata were particularly helpful and kind.
The only issue I had was that the AC in the room did not work very well, and it was a bit warm in the room.
The beds are very comfortable. The toliet seat is hot and toasty for your buns.

Muy buen servicio
The hotel called me to confirm I was still intending to keep my reservation. After telling them I was on my way there from out of state and would be there later in the evening I received an email letting me know that I was marked as an unpaid stay while I was en route to the hotel and that my card would be charged for the room as a penalty for the cancellation. When I immediately called the hotel I was told my room was given away. The employee was very rude and when I requested to speak with a manger I was out on hold for many hours while driving through multiple states to the hotel. I mentioned that their cancellation triggered a charge for the room on my card and the man said it was my problem to deal with.

The staff were unhelpful and robotic as if they had memorised a script. They kept repeating the same sentence without listening to our concerns. The rooms are so old fashioned and the carpets feel dirty. The beds are so soft as if the matresses havent been changed in decades.
