Hilton Parsippany

There was an issue with my reservation from 3rd party (WARNING DO NOT USE SUPER). Katherin flagged it immediately. She not only helped me handle it properly but followed up, she was so pleasant and kind and respectful. These qualities in hotel staff are rare to come across. There are few hotels in the area that clean, full amenities, and a place you want to stay at on your visit. Thank you Katherin!

Huge thank you to Ashley M. who helped me out over the phone while I was on the Acela down for my stay. She guided me through online check-in via the app, and also made sure my room's AC was turned on in advance of my arrival. Small things that made a big difference for me!

I stayed at the Hampton Inn but got coffee at the onsite Hilton Starbucks and was always greeted with very friendly and accommodating staff. In particular I saw Putu nearly all the time and he even gave me a delicious complimentary dessert.

The chef is kind and gave us some freshly baked cinnamon bun and my baby likes it.

The hotel was very nice I had gone to a chill theater convention and it was raining and one of the staff members got me to my car that was about 3 mins away his name is Michael Bellman he was so nice to help me

I spent the weekend at Chiller Theater and had a great stay. Michael the bellman was exceptionally attentive and went out of his way to assist us. Would definitely stay again!

The room was nice with acomfortable soft bed. However Saturday night, I tried to get something to eat at Ruth Chris and met the most rudest staff. I asked to be seated they said they were booked i said ok I understand, can I order something to take to my room...the fellow said,"you'll have to come back later for it"no explanation. I asked why I couldn't just wait for it and he looked at me like I had some nerve. I will never revisit. However on a good note Michael the Bellman was very, very helpful and kind. I give Michael A+++ he was wonderful. He helped me what a nice fellow.

The best hotel and staff in northern NJ!

After a very exhausting travel day (from Sint Maarten ) I was greeted with a beautiful smile and warm welcome from Katherin Her kindness and professionalism was greatly appreciated especially after such long tiring day! Thanks Katherin

Katherine and Andrew at check in were a dynamic duo. Their warm welcome and smiles made check in smooth and easy. Which I love!!! The property is beautiful..the lobby is enormous and gorgeous. It has am indoor and an outdoor pool for the summer how can you beat that. She is connected to her sister Hampton Inn which is amazing to see 2 styles of one brand work well together. I love this property and will make it my go to property in Parsippany. Thank you Katherin for being A1 as a GSA!!!! Give that girl a raise!

Katherin,was absolutely fantastic. Showed up last minute and treated me incredibly. Helped me book room and get settled in. She made sure I was comfortable and set . First time here and I’d recommend the Hilton because she was amazing.

Had one of my wedding events here and a room block where all of our guests stayed. Couldn’t have had a better experience. The room was clear and spacious and we were given the parlor room for our bridal party to get ready in. We had our sangeet in the main banquet hall which was so spacious and well decorated. Working with Jennifer and Mario was such a pleasure and we couldn’t recommend this place more!

The staff was awesome, I love the restaurant there, the bed were super comfortable.

My company held an all-day business Workshop at the Hilton Parsippany. They were amazing! They were able to deliver a clean, beautiful venue that fully met our needs while staying within our budget. Very easy to work with, professional and responsive. The food was delicious, the service was very attentive, friendly and professional. Everyone enjoyed the day and commented on how nice and smooth everything was run. Would highly recommend and we'll definitely use again.
