Great, comfortable stay. Not terribly expensive, but not the cheapest either.
Pros:

The location is wonderful. The hotel is very clean and had great views of the river. The room was very quiet and the staff was very nice.

Cons:

There is not a refrigerator nor a coffee maker in the room. The coffee shop in the lobby is nice, but not cheap. Parking in the downtown area is always a nightmare and paying $20-$30 to park in an open air lot (though it is gated), is excessive.

Cons:

The parking lot partially flooded. There should be signs about potential flood area. They may want to move the handicapped area as that was where most of the flooding was.
