Tolles Hotel mit Ausblick in bester Lage für einen Kurztrip
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in bester Lage für einen Kurztrip nach Kopenhagen. Architektur und Inneneinrichtung sind ein wahres Highlight. Auch Frühstück und der Service waren hervorragend. Hieran hat sich zu meinem vorangegangenen Aufenthalt nichts geändert.

Cons:

Leider wurde im Vorfeld nicht erwähnt, dass während meines Aufenthaltes umfängliche Bauarbeiten stattfinden. Hier hätte ich mir zumindest eine Infomail o.ä. gewünscht.
Meine Kreditkarte wurde leider doppelt belastet und die Korrektur konnte erst nach 31 Tagen erfolgen. Dieses Problem hatte ich bisher mit keinem anderen Hotel Weltweit.

Dafür muss ich leider 2 Punkte abziehen. Dennoch werde ich wieder kommen, da es das schönste Hotel in Kopenhagen ist :)

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend – direkt in der Nähe des Tivoli und des Hauptbahnhofs. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr modern und durchdacht gestaltet. Das Zimmer war besonders ansprechend eingerichtet, bestens ausgestattet und äußerst sauber. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel und sorgen für einen erholsamen Schlaf.

Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und vollkommen angemessen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das außergewöhnlich freundliche, hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Personal. Bereits beim Check-in wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Auch die Mitarbeitenden im Frühstücksservice waren jederzeit aufmerksam, ausgesprochen freundlich und stets bemüht, den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Insgesamt haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Outstanding location and comfortable stylish room.
Pros:

Fantastic location situated a few blocks from the Metro and also Copenhagen Central Station. We walked to most neighborhoods and had easy access to public transportation when we wanted.
