Great location and spacious room, but a few areas need improvement
Pros:

The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was equally large and convenient. The location is excellent—it offers easy access to the city center and is conveniently very close to the Central Station.

Cons:

Breakfast: The breakfast variety could definitely be improved. For longer stays, eating the same options every day becomes a bit monotonous.
Bed Quality: While the bed was comfortable, both sides have sagged from use, leaving a noticeable ridge/bump in the middle.
Noise Issues:
* Opening the window lets in music from Tivoli. It’s pleasant at first, but not so much if you have to listen to "Bella Ciao" all night long!
* There was ongoing renovation work during my stay. The constant hammering sound ("tak tak") was quite annoying.

インテリアとロケーション。家具だけでなく、カップ類もおしゃれ。そして部屋からの夕日が最高に美しかった。朝食もおいしかった。

Cons:

強いて言うなら、エアコンの音。バサバサと羽を擦るような音がずっとしていた。

Gute Lage, für den Standard deutlich zu teuer! Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen.

Das Frühstück hat uns gefallen, das Personal war auffallend freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schlecht ausgeschildert. Es ist in die Jahre gekommen, der Standard ist so nicht zu halten. Wir mussten aufgrund eines Defektes (Klimaanlage) das Zimmer wechseln. Die Gebühr für unseren Hund war auffallend hoch, ein Napf bzw. Hundebett war nicht vorhanden. Obwohl wir das Parkhaus im Hotel bezahlt hatten, bekamen wir einen Strafzettel, daher mussten wir wieder umkehren um die Situation zu klären.

Décevant même si bien situé

La situation géographique

Cons:

Il y avait des travaux de 9h à 18h et donc du bruit de marteaux dès le matin. Nous n’avons pas été prévenu lors de la réservation, ni dans la confirmation de réservation .
Notre chambre était au 4eme étage et les travaux au 3eme..
J’avais demandé deux lits single (mon fils a 19 ans et il a passé l’âge que nous partagions le même lit) et nous avons eu un grand lit !
Finalement, après avoir insisté, nous avons changé de chambre le deuxième jour pour avoir deux lits séparés
Pas de gel douche dans le distributeur de la douche
Établissement un peu vieillot..
Bref, nous avons été vraiment déçu.

Localização boa. Mas achei o quarto muito escuro e a recepção também.

Otelde tadilat vardı. Otelin tadilatta olduğu bilgisi ne yazık ki belirtilmemişti. Benzer konumdaki otellerden çok daha fazla para ödememizin sebebi konfor arayışımızdı. Ancak gün içerisinde çok gürültü vardı. bu gürültüyü video ile de kayıt altına aldım. Ödediğim parayı kesinlikle hak etmeyen bir deneyim oldu.

Nazik Personeller, Konforlu odalar, Harika konum.

Personeller ekstra nazik, yardımsever ve misafirperverdi. Konumu harikaydı. merkeze yürüme mesafesindeydi. 3 yaş üstü çocuklar ücretli, çocukla birlikte 3 kişi oluyorsanız Suit oda almanız gerekiyor. Oda çok konforlu ve büyüktü. yatakları, yastıkları ekstra rahattı. Kahvaltısı güzeldi. Tarihi ve Simge bir otel. Biz çok sevdik. Bir sonraki gezimizde yine bu oteli tercih ederiz. Bu güzel deneyim için tüm ekibe; reception, restaurant, housekeeping, sonsuz teşekkürler.

Cons:

bazı odalarda 09.00-18.00 tadilat vardı. Kahvaltıya gitme saatinde başladığı için çok sorun olmadı.

Great location, beautiful hotel, great service
Pros:

Location is great. Very close to main train station. Walking distance to centre as well as meat packing district. Right across the road to Tivoli Gardens. Hotel is a design classic. Beautiful interiors in lobby and room. Bathroom & Shower is great. Curtains are thick and block light. Bed is comfy. Service & staff are great. It is not cheap though but worth it as a treat

Cons:

WiFi can be a bit patchy. Toilets after check-out are small. A bit expensive (but fair price)
