The location is great, minutes away from the train station and Tivoli Garden. Walkable to lots of scenic spots!
Female reception staff were very friendly and offered us an upgrade to a corner suite with breathtaking views.
Our suitcases and clothing were covered in dust balls after turning the ac on. We had unluckily opened our suitcases under the ac when we unpacked. The AC seemed to not have been cleaned for months, dare I say years. It got so bad to a point where we were choking on dust, so we had to inform reception immediately. We even tried opening the windows to see if we could sleep without the ac, but the amount of noise was unbearable. Lots of drunken people shouting downstairs and you can clearly hear the train even with the windows closed.
After a whole ordeal with housekeeping trying to vacuum the ac, it was made clear we had to change rooms. They provided a smaller room for us and mentioned we might be able to change to another corner room the next day. We were already unpacked and settled, which meant we had to pack up everything before switching rooms and we were already exhausted from our travel at this point. We really didn't want to have to repeat packing up the next day, so we decided to stay in the same smaller room for the remaining nights.
The second room's ac was newer and had no issues. However, the shower's water pressure was terribly weak which made washing hair a difficulty. We also noticed the toilet seat was cracked and some areas of the bathroom were worn/aged. Body wash and shampoo bottles were empty nor did they provide any extra bottles until we asked reception the next day.
All in all, the whole stay seemed messy and unorganized. Front desk staff ended up gifting us a bottle of wine to smooth things over, but we would've rather they cleaned and managed their amenities in the room better.
The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The location was right across the street from Tivoli Gardens and Amusement Park and walkable to many restaurants.

El personal muy agradable y muchos hablan español, especialmente Alejandro, que nos atendió muy bien.

El restaurante está bien, pero es muy pretencioso, se sobregira en la creatividad.
Totul a fost absolut perfect! Am primit o cameră superbă la ultimul etaj, cu o priveliște magnifică, exact așa cum cerusem prin Booking. Personalul, în special echipa de la recepție, a fost extrem de primitor și am fost profund mișcați de prăjitura și biletul primite în cameră pentru aniversarea noastră de 25 de ani. Micul dejun a fost delicios, iar curățenia în întregul hotel a fost impecabilă.
Nu a existat absolut nimic care să nu ne placă. Sejurul nostru a fost complet perfect de la început până la sfârșit.
It is walking distance to the train station, probably less than 5 mins. Also walking distance to different tourist attractions. Will definitely go back again if I am in Copenhagen
