Acceptable but nothing particularly flash

Cons:

Rooms were poor. Very little hanging space, and almost totally devoid of drawer space. We had to keep a decent percentage of our clothes in our suitcases due to lack of drawer space

Nice Location, Friendly Employees, but Poor AC
Pros:

First time in Copenhagen but world traveller. Mainly stay with top hotel brands. This hotel is old, and being renovated. Overall it is a nice place and at a wonderful location. They are currently remodeling it and I expect it will be better later. My biggest grief is the poor AC, and it was much warmer in the room than it should have been. I realize the city was having a heat wave of 85F or 29C, but having the room cooling only a little was unpleasant. We opened the windows some to actually get cooler temperatures. The room mini-fridge did not work so it was impossible to have a cold drink to cool down.

The employees were very nice and helpful. This hotel looked like it was room the 1950s.

I thought the price paid for the room was high as compared to other hotels I have stayed at. I have lived and worked in Europe for years and traveled to 119 countries. I know what nice hotels are and what they are not. My general impression is if you want the right location in central Copenhagen all the hotels in the area need a major renovation and improvement, and it was not limited to this hotel.

If you are visiting outside of the summer heat, this would be an acceptable hotel. Just not top-notch.

Excelente quarto dado como upgrade. Café da manhã excelente. Atendentes excepcionais. Preciso dar um parabéns especial à atendente Miss Nani. Pessoa incrível. Profissional, prestativa e educada. Resolveu de forma exemplar o problema que tiva com o quarto

Cons:

Um hotel categoria 5 estrelas, ñ pode receber o seu hóspede e colocar em um quarto que o ar condicionado não funciona. Só no próximo dia que a troca de quarto foi realizada. Precisam testar todos os quartos reservados antes de liberá-lo ao cliente.

The worst bed in a five star hotel!!!!!
Pros:

Queen bed in my room was SOO bad. It had an old warn out mattress. It was like sleeping on a camel's back. The middle was hard as a rock and the both left and right sides were sinking to the base of the bed. Simply bizzare experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Radisson Collection Royal Hotel, Copenhagen. The hotel has a perfect location, just across the street from Tivoli Gardens. For families with children, the connecting rooms are extremely convenient and comfortable. We also loved our panoramic view over the city and Tivoli Gardens. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!
