EXCELENTE ESTADÍA

La atención de todo el personal, las instalaciones súper cómodas. Dar la posibilidad al huésped quedarse durante el día hasta el horario de viaje. Los volvería a elegir

Very clean, the people working there were nice. The price was good!

It is SO LOUD. There are no rugs or anything to muffle the sounds in the hallways and the walls are basically made from paper. Even with ear plugs it was difficult to sleep due to conversations happening in adjoining rooms, doors slamming, etc. This is not a place I would recommend to light sleepers.

The other strange thing is they have a policy of possibly giving away reserved rooms if you check in after 6pm. I understand the policy, but our flight didn’t land until 8pm. We let the hotel know ahead of time, and they still said they might give away the room (unless we paid the full amount by bank transfer in advance). Our rooms were available when we arrived late, so we were lucky. That policy is really not customer-friendly and added unnecessary stress to the trip.
