The rooms could be more cleaner

I did not like the rooms we switched rooms three times because the first room bathroom was not clean the second room had an sour smell coming from the middle table in between the two double beds and the third room had dead dried bugs on the floor and I asked for a broom so that I could clean the floor because we were too tired to switch rooms again and the bathroom lights were out only one light was working.

I have stayed at other windham hotel several times before.This hotel was not up to par with the rest
Pros:

Did not have breakfast. Location was okay but secluded from shops and restaurants.

Cons:

Found bugs in the room. Food dropping possibly from previous guests found under the table . Bath tub was dirty. Iron did not operate properly.

Pros:

Love the terrific customer service. Love the comfy bed and pillows. Great location for my needs. Very clean.

Should always be filtered water in lobby plus coffee for guests especially with no real restaurant access.
