The bed was comfortable and the staff were kind. There was also a good variety of TV stations available to watch on live TV.
To start, the entire place smelled like mildew due to the presence of mold and damp carpets. It reminded me of being in a basement. The hallways and the rooms smelled this way.
In my room:
- There was a brown streak in the toilet.
- The toilet seat didn't fit on top of the bowl.
- The sink was clogged.
- The phone didn't work.
So I asked to be moved to a different room. This room was much better as it was cleaner and neater, but it still smelled like mold and mildew. The bed was very comfortable and I slept fine, but I had to leave and cut my reservation short because I was coughing and sneezing and still smelling and tasting the mold as I coughed.
Staff did greet us. But quality of service was not there as we requested. Items and did not get
I requested some towels and never received the towels. I was told that housekeeping would bring some towels, but they never did. I called again and they asked me to come down from the third floor to get the towels. The building have leaks. What a place on the floor to dry up leaks on the floor

Only one elevator was working
The location is superb....less than 30 minutes from ANYTHING you could want to do for me personally under 20 minutes.... great stay for the price as well
Ive been staying here about 2 years since my son moved down for school..... they always have only 1 of 2 elevators working and the wait can be veryyyyyy long...... also wished house cleaning would at least change the trash... we took our own trash out daily but had to ask for bags everyday

Great value, close to Mayo. Bed was very comfortable. I've stayed here many times, so overall I like staying here. Also, try Hollywood Heroes and Subs nearby if you like subs.
Middle of the night the AC started making a noise. Also, while the bed was very comfortable this time, it's hit or miss (I've stayed here many times).
