Never again! 0/10 recommend
Pros:

Walking in; the lobby always beautiful and the staff at the front were great. Abhisheka was fantastic; great customer service. Check in was smooth.

Cons:

It was disgusting. First off the room was by the door walking in; also by the elevator! Hallway almost made me throw up 🤮🤢.. if you’re going to have carpet atleast keep it clean and vacuum. Trash was everywhere and the smell was horrible!!! Oh yeah the worst part it was GNATS everywhere!!! All over the hallway walls.. all in our room to the point the food we brought from eating out we end up throwing up bc it was so many gnats in the room!!! Beds had stains all over it. If you’re going to use white as a bed set atleast keep it white and clean without spots.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the bathroom was dirty, there were no bath towels, and one bed had 2 pillows while the other had 4.

Location was great .... the room not so much
Pros:

The location. It was near the entrance of the festival we were attending.

Cons:

It was semi clean but definitely could have been better. The chairs on the balcony were completely covered in rust. There was a dirty washcloth in the shower along with hair. Staff never came to clean or freshen up the room during our stay. The floors were dirty (my kids white socks were no longer white). Also there was no safe so I couldn't secure my items when I left the room.

The staff was friendly.

Ruined the trip
Pros:

Room was dirty and the toilet wasn’t working. Was told I would be compensated on the price of the room and that Hilton rewards points would be added to my account. None of that happened. I’ve already been contacted to submit a review. Still nothing.

My family enjoyed our stay here we just wish it was cleaner.
Pros:

What I liked was that it was on the beach & the amazing view from the room.

Cons:

The rooms were kinda filthy. When I moved the beds in the room the floors looked like they haven’t been cleaned in months. Other wise great location, they just need better housekeeping staff.

Just Don’t
Pros:

This place isn’t very nice. There are bugs in the rooms and it smells funny. There are 10 people working here but there’s trash everywhere in the hallways and there’s a dead bird in the stairwell. A big one that has been there decomposing for a long time. I strongly recommend going anywhere else, but here we are Hilton Dimond members and not only have I never written a hotel review before I have never stayed at a hotel that I was more disappointed in or should say disgusted with.
