Very nice pool, location and facilities. The extra up charges are annoying.

Cons:

Paid parking. They tried to get my friend to also pay for parking every day even though he rode with me to the hotel and did not have a vehicle at the property.

Cost $10 a day to rent a microwave for your room.

Estaba muy serca a bush garden y water park

El personal fue muy grosera pareciese cómo si no quisieran atender al cliente incluso no nos informaron q los espacios de parqueo tenían un costó extra y que necesitábamos un ticket

Disappointed overall
Pros:

The location is good for what was needed.

Cons:

The customer service was mediocre, and the bathroom toilet had dark dirty water in the bowl when I lifted the seat to use it. We determined later it was from a rusted bowl. Which made it look like someone forgot to flush it after having diarrhea. Not a good first impression for cleanliness. Also, the bed was too cushy which may be great for some, but terrible for me. I like a firm mattress, but that is not their fault; it just didn't work for me.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and it was the worst experience. The customer service was very unpleasant. I vacation in Williamsburg twice a year, and this is the first time I’ve had a bad experience at a hotel.
