The pool area was really nice. The kids loved the indoor/outdoor connection.

The website said no pets but we saw a dog (without service vest) inside. Our room was also hot at night and we couldn't manually turn on the AC unit.

The Doubletree is a comfortable, clean, quiet place to rest after long days exploring Williamsburg.
Pros:

Rooms and common areas were immaculate. Very nice on-site amenities: pool, arcade, restaurant, etc. Spacious rooms. Beds were comfortable and well-appointed.

Cons:

Staff seemed a little overwhelmed at check-in. Long line (not their fault). All families ahead of us received water bottles and a cookie. We were overlooked.
