Very loud
Pros:

Ask when reserving if an event is being held in the ballroom. It’s 11 pm and a wedding is going on. We are in the 10th floor and can hear the music from the ballroom 2 floors up. No waning was given from the desk at check in - no ear plugs proved. Nice hotel and rooms just be prepared for it to be loud.

Not a pleasant stay at all
Pros:

The decor was very nice & the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

We booked & PREPAID for a double room, there were 4 of us, however when we arrived to check in we were told all the double rooms were sold out and we would have to take a king with a rollaway bed, so it left 1 of us with no bed.
The AC didn't work properly, the thermostat read 60* But it was never cool in our room

Pros:

Being close to Old Orchard is a great location visiting relatives in Evanston. Breakfast was good, unfortunately not an option when using a 3rd party app. Was surprised how dirty the rugs were ealking from registration to elevators

We were happy with our stay but not sure we would return based on weekend price.
Pros:

Breakfast was above average but not complimentary. Wait staff were attentive even with it being a buffet. The pool was nice and warm and enjoyed that it was an indoor or outdoor pool. Liked the art work on the walls throughout the hotel and the speed of the elevator.

Cons:

The tub was slow to drain but staff were responsive to the problem. Wished there was a microwave in the room and that there was more coffee and cream.
