Florence est une ville magnifique.
Pros:

Chambre climatisée et très bonne literie. Salle de bain immense avec une grande douche. Petit déjeuner parfait avec buffet à volonté.

Melhor hotel que já fui! Atendimento excelente, comida do café da manhã mais que completo e encantador é o ambiente de um palácio. Estrutura surreal e ainda foram muito gentis em permitir deixar a mala até a hora do trem mesmo após o check-out.

Хороший номер, балкон, рекомендую кстати брать номер именно с балконом, очень хорошо вечером можно посидеть провести время.
Отличная кровать и душевая, качественные смесители, хороший напор воды. Просторный номер и душевая.
Есть чайник.
Отличный персонал.
Завтрак не плохой, варят хороший кофе, есть йогурты, мясо, сыр, отличные круасаны. Но дальше про завтрак читайте в минусах

Cons:

Снизил оценку наверное только за завтрак, 9/10, иначе бы 10 из 10 поставил. Нет овощей (только помидоры), нет фруктов. Вообще никаких. Но как писал выше, завтрак не плохой.
И не минус, но на заметку - розетки. В Риме у нас не было проблем с Российскими вилками, сейчас пишу отзыв из Венеции - тоже нет проблем. Но в этом отеле во Флоренции в розетку смогли засунуть только одну из двух зарядок для телефонов. Больше не подходило ничего - наша стандартная вилка толстовата оказалась. На ресепшене при этом переходник подобрать не смогли (спасибо персоналу, они пытались помочь)

Walking distance from most sites
Pros:

This hotel is in great location near the train station and hence made it very easy to locate the hotel without the need for a taxi . Breakfast was abundant, and selection was bountiful.

Staff was always very courteous and prompt in helping us in our queries. Centrally located we were not far from the main attractions in Florence.

Cons:

A couple of things.... room was somewhat dated and dark but comfortable ! Internet service in our room was shoddy, after much discussion, the solution was to add a router in the room to get connectivity to the greater hotel network.
