Gepflegtes Hotel in guter, relativ ruhiger Lage.
Pros:

Schönes solides Hotel. Gutes Frühstück. Parkservice einwandfrei. Lunch nach Ankunft sehr gut und preiswert

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind ziemlich klein, die Entlüftung ab 6:30 Uhr schon störend, aber mit geschlossenem Fenster erträglich. Ab 7 Uhr wird es unruhig, da das Hotel ziemlich hellhörig ist. Aber lange schlafen will man in Florenz ja nicht.

We won’t stay there again and I will recommend the location but not that hotel.

Everything. Our room was next to the elevator. The hotel is so old we could hear the cables grinding as it went up and down. The room had only two outlets to fit my adapter and those were in the same place in the corner of the room. I could not plug anything into the bathroom. The carpet was old, the paint job in our room (322) was chipped, scratched, dented, basically has not been painted in quite a while. The facets in the sink leaked. I couldn’t put anything on the sink because when you turned on the hot faucet the cold faucet leaked. I asked to have maintenance look at it our first day there and they did nothing. And the breakfast was not good. I had better breakfasts at Holiday Inns. This was an expensive hotel and they had one of those pancake maker like Holiday Inn.

Kahvaltı çok kapsamlıydı. oda kiralarken kahvaltı dahil seçmenizi öneririm. Kahvaltıda farklı kültürlere hizmet eden çeşitlilik mevcuttu. Herşey oldukça kaliteli ve lezzetliydi. otelin konumu her yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. resepsiyon çok yardımseverdi. Hizmet eden personel çok güleryüzlüydü. Ve de yardımcıydı.

Pros:

ドゥオーモ周辺まで歩いて移動できるとても立地のよいホテルです。朝食も品数が多く、とても美味しくいただきました。お部屋も広く、バスタブもあります。バスローブがあるのもうれしかったです。フィレンツェ滞在には強くお勧めできるホテルです。

pas de prise de courant près du lit, une grande rallonge a été nécessaire pour brancher un appareil indispensable et

la pomme de douche "bon marché", pas de réglage de jet et montée sur support plastique qui ne retient pas la pomme de douche .. dommage par rapport au reste, le moment de la douche est un moment de détente, pas là.

il a fallu l'intervention du service technique pour ouvrir la porte du placard ...

Отель великолепный. Интерьеры, содержание помещений - это просто мини-музей с великолепными оригиналами картин, старинной мебелью и общим стилем.
Номер был очень чистым, постельное белье качественное, ванная комната с ванной, халатами, тапочками, шампунями и всем необходимым. В номере есть чайник и большой телевизор с подключением к интернету.
Да и весь отель очень чистый и невообразимо красивый. Вы просто попадаете в другую эпоху, детали которой бережно сохраняются.
Что еще немаловажно. Вход в отель - не с улицы, а милого приватного дворика. На ночь закрываются красивые чугунные ворота. Вы в полной безопасности.
Мы очень рады, что выбрали именно этот отель. Большая благодарность персоналу за хороший отдых и чуткое отношение.

Cons:

Во второй день нашего проживания в комнате на 1этаже вдруг появился непонятно откуда идущий гул. Огромная благодарность отелю, что нас оперативно переселили в другой тихий номер, да еще и более комфортный.
Завтраки скудноваты для отеля 4*,
но за это никак нельзя снизить оценку, потому что в отель руководством вложено столько средств, любви и заботы, что это невозможно не заметить. Белые скатерти за завтраком, услужливый персонал, приятный интерьер сделают ваш завтрак превосходным.
