Pros:

we did have a great breakfast in the RIO Ranch. Coffee in the lobby in the morning was great and a free cup, I did not know about though. Will stay here in the future !!

Outdated!
Breakfast was inconvenient- in a restaurant next door where you had to sit down, wait to place an order and get served, and pay with a voucher. Also, the voucher did not cover tip, so you were forced to spend money outside the voucher

Good location, excellent staff and great rooms.
Pros:

Location and staff were fine.

Cons:

I thought I had included the breakfast with the room when I booked it. However, at the hotel, the staff told me it wasn't included. The price for the breakfast was too expensive at the Rio Ranch. The second day we walked to La Madeleine.

Quiet hotel, great location
Pros:

Great location, close to great restaurants, and great food at the hotel as well! Good clean and quiet room, comfy beds. The shower/tub may be a bit dated, but the hot water came quickly! Friendly and helpful staff.

EASY CHECK IN AND MY ROOM WAS AVAILABLE TWO HOURS AHEAD OF CHECK IN TIME. ROOMS WERE BIG AND NICE.

I DIDN'T LIKE THAT SATURDAY MORNING THE ROOM RIGHT NEXT TO US WAS GETTING WORKED ON. WE WOKE UP TO BANGING OF HAMMERS, STUFF BEING PULLED OUT OF THE ROOM AND JUST VERY LOUD NOISE. WE WANTED TO SLEEP IN ON A SATURDAY AS AN OPPORTUNITY TO RELAX BUT WE COULDN'T AS IT WENT ON MOST OF THE DAY. A LITTLE HEADS UP WOULD OF BEEN NICE BUT NOTHING AT CHECK IN WAS MENTIONED. IF THE HOTEL WASN'T FULL THIS PAST WEEKEND I WOULD OF ASKED TO OF BEEN MOVED. ALOT OF MONEY WAS SPENT AND NOTHING WAS COMPSENSATED TO US. DISAPPOINTED MANAGEMENT DIDN'T NOTIFY OUR FLOOR THIS WAS GOING ON.

Nice but noisy.

Cons:

The ac unit very loud. There was a consistent strange clunking sound from either the elevator or ac or other in interior wall. Loud enough to wake you up. Must be in need of maintenance attention.
