Bad customer service
Cons:

They charged me snacks $35 plus
tax, which I didn't buy. I disputed when checking out, the lady at front desk said that she removed it. However I received email the charges and went through my credit card. I called on Sep 8, the customer service said that the manager will call me. Until now, Sep 10th, they haven't called me. Hope this survey can help. Thank you.

Pros:

we did have a great breakfast in the RIO Ranch. Coffee in the lobby in the morning was great and a free cup, I did not know about though. Will stay here in the future !!
