Overall a very nice stay and would stay again
Pros:

Breakfast was great, as it was a fully cooked to order meal. The waiter was very personable and made our morning special.
The beds were very comfortable

Cons:

The carpet in our room looked old and worn, hot water was to hot

Think Twice before booking at this location
Pros:

I found a big black ant crawling on me in the bed the next morning while i was reading in bed and when I called and told front desk in morning and mentioned that to staff and the reply I got was the person I was speaking to couldn't do anything and if I wanted call back later, what call back later??!!!, I should have been moved to a different room or someone come and spray room put an ant trap down, I was leaving early and not coming back to hotel til late and I did have the time to call back, I shouldn't have to call back!!!! My original call was placed around 9am - 10am. I dont think I was being unreasonable on what I expected to happen, I was ignored about this, the front desk could of given a message to supervisor and supervisor follow up but no no response from this place at all.

I had two nights reserved because I wanted to see a show near this location, The first morning after sleeping in the bed I found and big black ant crawling on me in the morning and I called the front desk to inform them of this and they said they could not do anything about this and I could call back and talk to superior later today if I wanted to. Thats the part I didnt like, this person should of did something besides what she did which was to tell me to call back later, she should of asked if I wanted to move, or suggested bringing ant traps or spraying the room something besides for me to call back later, if anything she should of told me she would have the supervisor call me back to address this situation, I was gone all day and didnt come back til late and was tired so I never contacted the front desk again til I returned that night which I called because the people above me were making alot of noise later than 11 pm. I am not a chronic complainer although it may look like it because I had more than 1 compliant about this place, I did see 2 cops ride past my window around 12 am and thats great that the police our keeping eye on place but when you see 2 cops cars together makes you think that they come with back up when they come. I definitely would not stay at this place ever again.

The room and hallways smelled like marijuana, the paint was peeling, there were people hanging out in stairwells, the pool was not open and it was not a safe environment for me and my son

Because I paid to go there to enjoy the hot tub but it was not working. I didn't like Because they don't clean daily , they only clean after you leave the room and you have to put the garbage outside the doorvso they pick it up before you leave the room
