The staff the property is in a state it needs work
I seen a lot of thing that are visible like caution tape. Property needs work pool was unavailable
The staff was very outgoing and helpful. Especially the evening staff on the day I checked in (July 1, 2026) All the housekeeping staff was wonferful also. Some other guests complained to me about one particular woman on the front desk in the mornings.
MIS-MANAGEMENT!
I realize that they are taking over a new hotel, but honestly... this is THE moment for intense and good management attention, and sadly it was not evident at all.
1. I checked in, and was given a dirty room. The front desk fixed it, but it should never happen.
2. The restaurant is listed as open till 10am for breakfast, but actually closed at 9am, leaving me and other guests puzzled.
3. The hotel has not established the minimum standards for guest behaviour. IE: Guests walking through the lobby and hallways barefoot, shirtless, wearing only wet swimming suits. Other guests walking through the lobby without shirts in order to go outside to smoke.
These type of "growing pains" are totally shocking for a company with the reputation of Wyndham.
Dirty tub , spots and stains on the floor and curtains.
Trash under the beds , dirty fridge. Shower water was like warm. And the knob was backwards.
Staff was unfriendly . Still haven’t received my deposit back from the hold and it’s day 5.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating
The facilities were dirty and in poor condition. The rugs were not vacuumed, one elevator was broken, there were stains on the rugs, and tin the hallways random holes in the wall. In the room the TV did not work. Several outlets were hard to reach or inaccessible from the main bed to plug anything in. Parking lot has some big pot holes.
Full size beds not queen
The pool hours and breakfast hours for the guest
Not sure I think everything was coo
My room was dirty when we arrived. I was given another room which, caused me to be late for my event. The dirty linen stayed outside my door until the next day. 1 elevator was working and it was really dirty. I would like to receive informatoon on how to be reimbursed for my room expense.
Location.. Pool for kids
Needed to extend charged than another charge for another deposit 100.00 when I never left.nor did they send the first deposit back do t think that's right. Then since out only recieved 157.00 back from deposit of $200.00 don't understand manager got a very smart mouth and had to ask for.towels and soap bars that should already been in room if you gone be smart
No room service, leaky tub, stained carpets, dog food in the scratchy elevator, broken ice machines, pool closed, scratchy old towels,
I liked the big parking lot selection, hotel was decent.
Housekeeping crew i never saw them. Was there for 10 days and only had my room cleaned one time. The time they actually cleaned room and gave me towels was because I had to go to front desk several times and complain .was one of the worst housekeeping experiences I've experienced
My experience with the staff was more neutral. I just needed a bed to sleep in so that I did not have to travel 3 hours round trip on almost no sleep.
The staff member did let me know the A/C was having an issue before I checked in. He seemed to handle the rude man that entered after me pretty well.
The room appeared to be clean. The soap in the bathroom was good quality.
The staff member was away from the desk, but had a sign up. I had to wait nearly 20 minutes before I was assisted to check in.
I was a late check-in and had been up for nearly 24 hours, your staff member attempt to talk me out of staying.
If I had another place to stay, or had booked ahead I would have been more disappointed and would have left.
There was no shower curtain in the bathroom. The room door didn't want to close properly and took some time to get it to full close.
The room price was significantly high than I would typically pay for the condition and quality of the room.
