Great location and the staff super friendly. Even the security guard/police walking around the halls checking on folks to make sure they felt safe.
Holes in the walls. Door missing internal locks. Electronic key pad looked broke, but it still worked. Place look run down.
Check in was fast and easy. Very good price for the night. The shower had great water pressure.
Tv wouldn't work and they wouldn't help us. After some investigation I found the power cord disconnected behind the TV. The elevators were a little sketchy but they both were working which is an improvement from my last stay.
Location
Pool closed all the time we were there (5 nights) - shut down not meeting standards. At 3:00 am a couple was fighting loudly outside, calls to the front office. Where were the police?

When we first went up to our room door was open. There was only less than half a roll of toilet paper. Only 2 wash cloths.
Refrigerator went out and ruined our stuff
I booked and my room was sold to someone else so i had to stay at a different hotel..

Wasn't really the cleanest
The beds wasn't to bad, shower was good, we reserved a handicap accessible and never got it
The way I had to wait over a hour for a room to keep telling me the room wasn't available.
When u first walked in smile like pee
Room didn’t have no coffee maker and every time I would get into my room my key card was working . No tv remote I had ask the front desk to give me one and also bed sheets was dirty.
Location is nice
The toilet was filthy. There was no shower curtain. There were substances of unknown origin around the room.
The room and bathroom was clean.
The staff was polite and attended to our needs.
We will use this hotel again 😃
The location was good, beds comforable, cost was great, staff was great.
One of the lights were out in the bathroom, so it was very dim. The toilet was too low. The telephone buttons were not labeled. No way to call the front desk nor housekeeping. Need lighting in the parking lot. The fire alarm going off at 2am in the morning. Because of a malfunction in the sprinkler system, I understands it happens weekly.
Messed up my reservation and the pool was down the day we got there through our whole stay, booked them for hotel. After messing up our reservation she gave us a $3 discount which if anything was disrespectful because it was their mistake.
