Great location, and we were upgraded to a room with a walk in shower which was convenient for us. The staff were at another level...always helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The buffet breakfast was of high quality with plenty of options. The lobby bar had happy hour every day so this also made the drinks more affordable as we really noticed that Singapore has become quite expensive. They also had a promo at the time giving us 2 for 1 drinks too! Plenty of dining options nearby as well as Ion for shopping which was so convenient using the MRT. There was Australian television in the room which allowed me to watch the footy back home!
I just couldn't get the A/C right so our room was always a little chilly....but this was ideal for sleeping!

The front office team was awesome, particularly this very sweet lady named YZ. She was warm, cheerful and very efficient. While checking me in, she immediately noticed my upcoming birthday, and went above and beyond to send some nice treats to my room to wish me a happy birthday.

Very friendly staff, especially Mr Push. The ambience was great for lunch and conversation. Good was equally good
Excellent location but what stands out is the service rendered by the guest relations staff Mr Paolo and Ms YZ. The rooms all the checks for the standards expected of a 5-star Orchard-hotel. But the attentiveness of the guest relations staff sets it apart from others in the location. Mr Paolo is personable and polite, going the extra mile to check that our needs are met. He facilitates the check-in process smoothly, such that there is almost no waiting time and we could get rested after a red-eye flight. Ms YZ is service-oriented, handing out umbrellas to us when a heavy downpour suddenly came. All of us enjoyed our stay and recommend voco Orchard.

I had a wonderful experience at the 22nd Floor Lounge in Voco Orchard. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxing, but what truly makes it special is the exceptional service.

Stayed at the VOCO for a week April/May 2026. The hotel is in a fab location, staff are friendly & helpful. I didn’t spend a lot of time in the room but shower was walk-in and the bed comfortable. A tick from me. I want to make a special mention about the club lounge staff Esther and Sujen. They were both so positive, attentive, bright and cheerful. Thank you so much. I’ll definitely book again.
