The room was perfect, the bed was comfy, very clean. Happy with my stay and will be back next year. Got checked in earlier than expected.

This hotel wont be my first choice for future stays as there are better options in Sydney.
Pros:

Chose the hotel for its location to all the sites I was required to be for business. The room itself was ok. The staff were pleasant but I had limited interactions with them.

Cons:

I wasn't given much of a choice of rooms at check-in. It was either a room set up for a person with a disability or a room right next to the lift. I understand there needs to be a way to cater for a wide range of people and that it was a busy day at the hotel. The bed was reasonable, but the pillow choice was awful. I have recently gone through a series of spinal surgeries, and the pillow options meant I had trouble sleeping.

Location was excellent. Breakfast buffet was unbeatable. Mostly transport convenience. Tram across street. Train nearby. Taxi outside lobby.

Cons:

A room key problem. But manager quickly resolved.

Great plce to stay in Sydney CBD
Pros:

Room was really clean and bed comfortable. Electric block out blinds excellent for sleeping so the sun didn't wake us too early. Breakfast buffet great selection of hot and fresh varieties.
