Staff are exceptional, welcoming and friendly. Rooms are clean and roomy enough for your large luggage for a king guest size. No bath in the bathroom which is fine with us. We stayed on level 24, overlooking Town Hall and QVB. We dined at Glass Brasserie, worth the experience. Great food with an amazing selection of wine to match. Ask to be seated by the window as it faces QVB. Don’t forget to seat in the same spot for breakfast too. Breakfast is delicious, especially when they can cook you an omelette or poach your eggs to your liking.
I dislike when the bathroom floors get completely wet from the shower. I had to use extra towels to dry up the soaking floor so I wouldn’t slip. We stayed on a Sunday night and we were given a voucher for 2 free drinks at Zeta or Marble bar. Both closed on Sundays. The kind staff allowed us to drink at Glass Brasserie instead, which we enjoyed so much as it was quieter.
I liked the view and the spa and the comfy bed
I didn’t like how long we had to wait to get our room key which made us late to our event Saturday night. We got 2x fee cocktails voucher but didn’t have time to use it as we were late to our event and Sunday we left. The breakfast buffet was ok, once we got back to table after waiting in the queue the food we had was cold. I probably won’t book again.
Beds comfortable. Room dark.
Rooms are dated and small. The spa and sauna facilities are dreadful. Unclean and for the most part inaccessible during what would be reasonable hours. I could not access the sauna at all - only open from 9am! I was already at work by then. Ran by a 3rd party - the cleaning in the gym and wellness centre left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, I won't return to this accommodation.
Location was ideal - central to everything.
Bathroom was a little small but overall good rooms. What was disappointing was the pool hours as on weekend wasn’t open til 0900 which was a huge reason for choosing and therefore couldn’t use on checkout day with such a late opening hours.
The bed and very clean a very nice e clean welcoming experience
Not much just the stuff telling as false importation but everything else was good
Fantastic location for city visits, great bar and dining options on site, the rooms are clean and very quiet with blockout blinds that saw me sleep past sunrise for the first time in years.
The rooms are very small and the pillows weren't great. An option for firmer pillows would have been wonderful.
Fantastic location, central to everything!! Staff were so friendly and attentive.

The staff were friendly
Liked the location, easy to walk everywhere
Room service food was very average.
- On top of food prices you had to pay an extra $7 for the tray that delivers the food, you would think this was included as part of the hotel services.
- I had a green salad but the dressing they gave me was tomato sauce instead of balsamic vinegar.
- Curry was average and the rice was cold and hard. - No glass provided for drink just the bottle. ( no glass in the room)
- Tv was glitchy, reception went in and out. Only way to access streaming channels was to mirror from my phone.
- No sauna
- Gym is not part of the hotel
Staff at concierge were friendly and room was clean. For this stay i feel Netflix or movies should be on offer
Was there for a conference and stayed 2 nights. A conference colleague stayed 1 night and had a meal offered at your restaurant included!
No breakfast included or offers for these 2 nights. Have had a different experience in close by hotel .
Loved everything. Breakfast, location, clean & staff helpful.
