Not nearly as good as I was hoping
Pros:

Food and facilities were great, view from the room was fantastic, rooms very nice

Cons:

House keeping let the Hilton down terribly. It did not come until very late in the day (after 5pm) and on one day not at all. When it did come there were issues - bins not emptied, bed poorly made, towels not left. On one occasion I got back to the room and housekeeping were servicing the room and I had to wait over 45 minutes for them to finish - not sure what they were doing!
They also over charged me from the quoted price.
The overcharge was remedied when I checked out and they waived my room service charge to compensate for the problems with housekeeping which was appreciated.

Pros:

It's fine. Comfortable and clean rooms, nice bathroom.

Cons:

I had a need to call maintenance over a small thing. The man arrived, knocked once on my door, and before I could even stand up to answer the door, he had let himself into my room with a master key. Not appropriate at all. I could have been in any state, but he just barged in. Spoke to the duty manager about it, but I don't know what happened with that.

so easy for public transport, shopping and restaurants, very central and we will use again
Pros:

Location is excellent, staff are very professional, ground floor coffee shop is quick easy and good quality

Cons:

a little crowded with business events, so foyer and lifts etc are cluttered / too busy at times

Loved the location and how there are bus trams and train stations just across as well as shopping nearby

Great time had
Pros:

Wonderful team here as always - it’s why I stay here several times per year - exec club staff are super, Aryani is great as are all the team.
