I was bitten by bed bugs on my first night stay. When I complain to the front desk, the staff offered to move me to a room in an exact location one floor below. I refused since bed bugs can travel up or down via the vent. When I ask for another room in a different location, she said the hotel can't refund any price difference. The staff finally moved me to a room several floor down in a different location after I insisied. There was no apology and the staff was quite rude. I refered this hotel to my friends due to its location after my last visit. But seriously, it is a mistake and iI will never return again.

私の好みのホテル
Pros:

２回目の訪問です。
台北の駅からM6の出口から地下からだと雨に濡れることなくホテルのフロントに行けます。雨だったので地下街を歩いて中山までいけました。
フロントでは日本人とわかるとすぐに日本語で対応してくれした。
台北駅の真ん前でビューは最高でした。
隣にファミリーマート、少し歩けばスターバックス、肉まん屋、海苔巻き、おにぎり屋。マッサージ屋もすぐ側にあります。

Cons:

ナイトウェアやスリッパはありましたが、カミソリや歯ブラシは自分で準備しないといけません。

Location! But outdated rooms.
Pros:

The best part of this hotel is the location. It's literally attached to the M6 exit of the Taipei Main Station and you can use the station to go literally almost anywhere in Taipei. A whole variety of shops and restaurants inside the main station make it easy to get anything within reach.

Cons:

The room itself was very small and outdated. The shower/tub combo was tiny and the hot water was very inconsistent. We had to time the hot water while talking a shower and it got really hot then it would get really cold without touching the knobs. We thought that maybe they were working on the systems so when we went downstairs to ask the next day, the front desk wasn't aware of anything so they were going to send up someone to check in our faucets but we told them the hot water was working, just inconsistent.
