Room was nice and spacious. Great view and location.
I stayed at the hotel for 10 days and, overall, had a pleasant stay. However, I was disappointed by a few aspects of the service.
There was no welcome amenity or complimentary treat or a welcome note in my room upon arrival, which would have been a thoughtful gesture for a longer stay. On one occasion when I ordered food at the bar in the lobby I wasn’t provided with cutlery or napkins, while I noticed other guests received them.
I also used the hotel’s laundry service. I was told that laundry dropped off by 9:00 a.m. would be returned by the end of the day, but it wasn’t delivered until the following day after I called to follow up.
I hope you’ll consider showing a little more appreciation to guests who stay for an extended period. Small gestures and consistent service can make a big difference and help make a long stay feel even more welcoming.

Not worth it AT ALL!!! Biggest disappointment ever, we will never book any Westin Hotel again. Run down room (wallpaper pieces coming down the bathroom wall, bath/shower-tub rickety, dirty, partly blind windows, safe didn’t work, old furniture). The style of the whole hotel seems to be stuck in the 80th, very brownish and dark.
We’ve paid 950 Can ( $ 590 euro) per night for a lake view-room. From international comparison it wasn’t worth more than 250 Can $ per night - if even.
Only good point: friendly staff and well located.

Abgewohntes Zimmer (Tapete im Bad kam teilweise runter, Flecken an der Decke, wackelige Dusch/Badwannen-Armatur, dreckige Fenster, Scheiben teilweise blind, Zimmersafe ging nicht, Möbel abgenutzt). Der Stil des gesamten Hotels scheint in den 80ern stehen geblieben zu sein, alles braun und dunkel. Sie haben pro Nacht 59O Euro für ein Doppelzimmer mit Wasserblick gezahlt. Im internationalen Vergleich hätten wir 200 Euro angebracht gefunden - wenn überhaupt.
Die guten Punkte: freundliches Personal, gute Lage.
Good location almost on the waterfront with excellent access to ferries to the islands and to the boardwalks. Worth paying for a lake view.

The car Vallait Staff was very rude , while we were in the car he took the key and went a way thinking we didn’t pay our duties . We tried to complaint no one helped and no one cared

Updating rooms
I guess it’s not a hotel, but the country rules, but i can’t pay by tap which means for me that my virtual Revolut card wasn’t accepted and i instead use directly CAD I payed a lot of money for another spread USD->CAD
Excellent location, lovely views of the city and the ferries. Amazing swimming pool. Comfy beds. Helpful staff. Decent sized room. Valet service quick and friendly. Kids loved the basketball and tennis options.
Only two minor points. Kids unable to use the pool one mornings as there was a back to back aqua aerobics classes. This would have been fine if we knew beforehand so we have planned our day differently. Lobby bar lacks an atmosphere could be more inviting.
