The location and proximity to the airport
I paid for breakfast and wasn’t allowed to have breakfast before checking out. Also some areas were not clean
Close to airport
Shuttle to airport should be included in the room rate
The location was very close to the airport which was handy. However, though we were given a room on the "quiet" side of the hotel, it was noisy, with lots motorcycles whizzing by throughout the night.
Very small bathroom, noisy and not well-appointed executive lounge
Friendly check in staff. Rooms have baths which is why we book. Breakfast has some gluten free items on request. Shuttle bus to airport is available.
I do like staying here!
An exceptional place for a business trip. I had two flat screens in my room and the fitness facilities were open 24h. Also, I received complimentary access to the lounge where I could work quietly while watching the planes arrive and depart.
Duty Manager Tahmi was extremely helpful with not only check-in, but helping us figure out the easiest ways to get to downtown. Would stay here again for sure.
Nightmare. The bathroom clearly had not been cleaned. I had a poo floating in the loo when I lifted the seat and toothpaste in the sink.
I arrived late and ordered a bowl of soup. Person turned up with the soup holding a credit card machine. 5 mins later, still could not operate the card reader. Soup getting cold. Asked her to leave so I could pay in the morning. 5 mins later whilst trying to eat the cold soup, another member of staff arrived demanding payment for the bowl of soup.
Nothing. Shocking hotel. I thought I was ok with a known brand. Never again.
The location of the hotel is on a hillside overlooking the airport with some nice views, along with the fact it is only about a 10 minute shuttle from the hotel to the airport.
Staff were very friendly and helpful upon arrival and at check in.
The bar and restaurant gave good service and the food was very tasty.
The room was very clean and comfortable, with facilities that were in good shape.
The breakfast gave a lot of options.
cleanness, free upgrade, good interior
Some staff behavior, one guy in Reception, seems he is racist. On 5th May 2026, around evening time (6pm), I was in the queue to enquire about free city voucher but this guy ignored me and called some other white guy who was behind me. However the guy next to him helped me with explaining voucher and benefits. You have to take the racist behavior seriously.
Second example is shuttle van driver for departure on 6th May 2026 at 8.40 am to airport, his behavior was so rude just because I could not show him QR code for shuttle to airport. The QR code was not received for free shuttle as promised.
