Ich war zum ersten Mal im Hilton und hatte Besseres erwartet.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett.

Cons:

Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig; keine Zahnputzgläser; Handwaschseife und Conditioner wurden erst auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt; die Außenfenster im Erdgeschoss voll mit Dreck und Spinnweben; die Teppiche in den Fluren des Stadthauses 70er Jahre, unglaubliche viele Flecken, auch in den Zimmern; lange Kleider können nicht aufgehängt werden, ohne auf dem Schrankboden zu hängen. Wasser in der Lobby wurde nicht nachgefüllt. Für ein Hotel, das so viel auf sich hält, insgesamt nicht gut genug.

Gutes Hotel mit top Lage

Die Lage des Hotels, gutes Frühstück

Der lange Weg zum Zimmer (andere Straßenseite, 4. Stock)! Das war für meine 91 jährige Oma etwas beschwerlich.
Das Restaurant Vineus hat uns vom Essen nicht überzeugt. Der Salat war getränkt in Dressing. Drei Brötchen mit Dip für 8 Euro. Leider stimmt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht.
Der Barbereich ist zu klein. Wir saßen mit unseren Getränken in der Lobby! Der Service im
Barbereich war auch leider überfordert!

Second building is disgusting
Pros:

I would to say I never have provided feedback to a hotel but I had to bring this to your attention. First disappointment was crossing from one building to another and the carpet to the old building is absolutely disgusting. It looks like it has not been cleaned in years. Next problem was walking into my room and my bathroom floor was covered in some type of liquid. Gross and disgusting feeling to see that. Next tried to go to the gym or fitness room and the water dispenser looked like it had never had any water in there. Made the front desk aware that there is no water in the fitness area where there are multiple people working out, all of whom tried to drink water out of thr dry dispenser and a hour later the front desk has not sent anyone to fix the issue. I am a honor member and I have never stayed at a Hilton where I felt the need to send feedback. I am so disappointed.

Es war leider nur eine Nacht, aber ich komme wieder
Pros:

Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und die direkte Lage am Rhein mit der schönen Allee ist so schön.
Auch ein Zimmer mit renoviertem Bad zu erhalten hat mich überrascht. Die Bäder im Domflügel haben noch einen Duschvorhang - ziemlich unhygienisch!

Ich habe nichts zu bemängeln.
