Pros:

Pleasantly surprised at the location which is recently renovated harbor front with lots of restaurants and a beautiful old city to look at. Breakfast buffet was extensive and very good. Room was clean, large and the bed was super comfortable

Comfortable sleep, staff was helpful in delivering a cot, extra towels and blankets.
Pros:

Late check in and beds/pillow were comfy. We also liked the included breakfast.

Cons:

Bathroom was rundown, needs a facelift and the tub didn’t drain well. By the time we had a shower the Walter was up to our ankles. Only two sets of towels and three guests, with two queen beds there should be four sets of towels.

Well located and easy to find. Huge rooms which were very comfortable.

Cons:

Extremely poorly staffed. Those working were fully stretched. Long queue to check in with only one staff on reception.
We waited an hour for our evening meal. My husband went and complained to the manager but no help appeared for the evening staff. Our waitress had to manage all her tables plus be bar staff as well.
Then at breakfast, there were twice as many staff for half the work.

Pros:

Bel hôtel, très bien situé dans la ville.
Le petit déjeuner inclus est un bel avantage!

Cons:

La chambre 710 était très humide, la salle de bain avait beaucoup d’humidité, ça sentait à travers toute le chambre.
Lits défoncés au centre et très mous.
