Good location but facilities perhaps need upgrading
Pros:

Good location for access to the city and places to eat. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and had usual facilities.

Cons:

I had to request a change of room after first night as I couldn’t close the window and as the room faced the main road it was noisy. Staff were very helpful to put this right. The rooms seem to need upgrading. No sockets or charging points near the bed. Over bath shower not best for older customers.

Pros:

Zentrale Lage, hoteleigener Parkplatz kostengünstig hinter dem Hotel, sehr gutes Frühstück, super Personal, Frühstücken bis 10h möglich

Cons:

sehr kleine Zimmer, Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen (aktuell wird renoviert, stört aber kaum)

Wir waren mit der Familie da und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt, Rohan und das Team haben uns den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gestaltet
Die Zimmer sind klein, aber sauber und frisch renoviert, die Lage ist ausgezeichnet.

The Mercure was well located close to Glasgow Queen st and the Buchanan bus station

Cons:

I was in a front room two stories up and it was very noisy due to traffic along Ingram Street. There didn’t appear to be proper soundproofing so I had very little sleep.
