Friendly staff, clean comfortable room, great location.
We were disturbed by building works throughout our stay, waking us up in the morning and continuing throughout the day.

The room was really clean, with all the necessary stuff. I really felt comfortable. Standard size for the UK; might be a little small for two but definitely perfect for solo.
Staff are helpful and kind.
I liked the breakfast; everything was the same every day,; but there were lots of options. (Just that the staff was not really agile in terms of refreshing the finished food, but I think they were all busy doing other work! Just don't hesitate to ask for any help because they're really doing their best once asked).

Just to let you know, even though it's the peak of the summer, Glasgow is not the hottest city! So, the room was a little bit cold at times. The blanket really keeps you warm, but take something with you to wear inside the room as well :)

Excellent location, friendly helpful staff. Shout out to Abby on reception who also had to do meal duties and bar duties. Very helpful girl. Very clean room and bathroom, which is always a good sign. Excellent location right in the hear to the city
Small room but for all the time we spent there it did not bother us. Lots of noise on the Friday night of 21/08/26 coming from a few other rooms who seemed to be having a party - shouting and laughing. But it did not go on too long so we did not bother complaining about this. One thing missing from the room - no phone so I was just a bit concerned about how reception would have been alerted had we needed anything during the night or if I had been a solo traveller?

Shower pressure low. Unbelievable noise from outside, well into the morning. Very uncomfortable pillows. Practically no coffee. No bin bag in bin.
Location very central to what we needed, Rooms very clean and plenty towels supplied.
