Great place to stay. It was even more better knowing they have free shuttle services that I didn't know about, they took me to and from a concert
I love this hotel. Very nice and worth the price. The only thing I wasn't satisfied with was my room. It wasn't clean at all. I was kn the 5th floor and my room was very dirty, dust everywhere, behind the toilet and around was dirty. Around the ceiling was black stuff, at 6am this morning a guy of color tried getting into my room and scared me, but I did call the front desk and they sent security staright up. I don't like leaving bad reviews at all. But my room was dirty. But I will stay again at Hilton Airport on my next trip. The shuttle was amazing
The staff was amazing….super friendly and helpful!!!
My flight was delayed and the staff checked in over the phone. When I arrived I simply showed my ID and credit card and they had my key ready and waiting.
I booked the stay through a 3rd party site in conjunction with my flight and I wasn't able to use my Hilton rewards. I had to purchase bottle water instead of receiving a complimentary one. I know its a small thing but it is something I wasn't expecting.
