To this day, I haven't received my deposit back, and I paid 200 euros for parking for just two days—it's insane.

J’ai constaté une mauvaise organisation sure l’établissement de roof top!3 personnes qui boive 3 bière prend la table pour 5 et nous qui on voulait bien dîner il nous propose une misérable table haut pour boire dans un coin c’est insensé!je conseille de changé leurs politique et attribué des table pour mange et table rien que pour boire !

The room was basic and there were little/no information about the facilites or what was available.

I stayed at the Hilton Budapest Hotel between September 5 and September 6, 2026. My name is Yusuf Tunc, and I stayed in room 253; this can be verified in the records. We checked out at 11:00 AM on September 6, left our luggage in the storage room, and continued our sightseeing. When we returned at 2:00 PM to collect our bags, we realized we had left an iPhone charger in the room. We reported this to the reception, and a young staff member accompanied me to the room. Upon arrival, a housekeeper met us at the entrance. The staff member accompanying me explained that the charger had been left behind and asked the housekeeper, "Did you find a charger in the room?" The housekeeper replied, "No." I then entered the room, wanting to check for myself. As I walked in, the housekeeper—who was walking ahead of me—suddenly said, "Oh, here is the charger," and handed it to me. The housekeeper had initially lied to me, seemingly intending to keep the charger for themselves. It would have been impossible to miss the charger, as it was plugged into an outlet right next to the bed. I expect staff who uphold the Hilton name and a customer-oriented approach; instead, I was deeply disappointed. Ideally, the hotel should have contacted me—via call or message—to say, "You left your charger behind; you can come and pick it up," even before I realized I had forgotten it. Unfortunately, the management and staff are very poor. It is a great shame.
Additionally, the room cleanliness was poor. There were hairs and similar debris on the towels, likely left over from previous guests. The pillows were stained, and the room had not been thoroughly cleaned.
