Staff ramah dan baik bgt hotel bersih the best
It was a nostalgic trip back to Jakarta for me, coming to what used to be the Jakarta Hilton Hotel in the 1980s and 1990s. A bit sad to see the state of the restaurants and gardens, but I overall really enjoyed the stay. The service was incredible, and everyone was super friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect, so I can really recommend it. I had a great time there, and the price was also fantastic.

Staying here for Raisa Live in Concert! Nyaman sekali disini, menu bfast beragam dan pelayanan cepat. Station egg cepet pol antriannya. Mba Jeje very helpful and serving us politely and kind!
you can tell the hotel is vintage yet has an enchanting vibes. the pool is great, the staffs are really nice, especially pak bayu the pool attendant and pak anwar the security are really helpful
Staffs are friendly
Facilities are old, somewhat dirty, drainage of our sink was a bit leaky, the shower head is somewhat rusty, the towels and bed sheets have old stains on them, the pots and pans in the kitchen are rusty, the location is hard to take grab or taxi out of, there is an abandoned section of the property but they don't tell you about it.
Had a great time at the hotel. Special thanks to Andri and Sultanto, best of the best service.

Big two bedroom apartment
The shower is inside the bathtub, it was very difficult to get in and out as the bathtub quite deep and slippery. It would be nice if the shower separated, or not inside the bathtub

Sebenarnya hanya saat sarapan aja yang berkendala. Karena sedang ada event, sarapan antriannya kayak apa aja. Saya sendiri akhirnya memutuskan gak sarapan. Sebaiknya kalau sedang ada event buka lagi lah tempat lain untuk sarapan

Looks like an old stuff but still good in some areas such as the dining area and sports facilities. Pak Bayu Maulana as a swimming pool tenant is very kind and friendly.
Its been a while since my last sray at the Sultan. the hotel occupies a great central location. The rooms ar ea generous size and if you ask nicely for an upgrade you usually get one. As a swimmer i iused the pool every morning. Rohman the Pool man takes great care of the pool keeping it in tip tip condition. Thank you Rohman
