Nice hotel

Cons:

Parking garage sucks! The staff overall was not nice/friendly. They spoke to people like they were beneath them ( besides the lady I had at check in she was nice) my card was tried to be ran multiple times for our stay. Thankfully I used a card that I put just enough money on for this various reason. Definitely won't be my first choice in a hotel in Knoxville.

Pros:

The location is great.

Cons:

Far too much loud noise all through the night made it impossible to get a good nights sleep. This was easily the noisiest hotel I’ve ever experienced.

Just what we needed after a long drive!
Pros:

We drove 13 hours to get there & were grateful for the ease of parking & check-in. Even grabbed a glass of wine before bed & a delicious breakfast before checkout. Thank you!

We cannot say enough about our check in clerk(NATALIE) SHE IS AMAZING!!! SHE WAS SO HELPFUL, VERY NICE AND WE WERE SO GRATEFUL FOR HER EXPERTISE!!! SHE MADE US FEEL SO SPECIAL!!! TRAVELING FROM NORTH CAROLINA THIS WILL DEFINITELY BE OUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!! THE HOTEL, OUR ROOM WAS IMMACULATE!!! WE CANNOT FORGET OUR CHECK OUT CLERK, HE WAS VERY VERY NICE DURING THE CHECK OUT PROCESS!! GREAT EXPERTISE AS WELL!!! THANK YOU BOTH!!!

Pros:

Staff were the best ever especially the young lady who is the manager of the mahogany restaurant.

Cons:

Disappointing that the parking cost for mahogany guests is free but overnight hotel guests do not get a parking discount when dining - disingenuous advertising. Room windows were filthy inside and out #706

Nice hotel in downtown Knoxville.
Pros:

What we needed, where and when we needed it. Plenty of linens and towels.

Cons:

The room was damp/humid, even with ac running. There was no vent in the bathroom. There was at least a 1-inch gap between the door and the floor, allowing bright light in. (Used an extra towel to line the door to block the light.)
