Pros:

The individual booking us in was excellent. He directed us to a local barbers when the salon at the hotel was closed, offered a room for us to rest as our room wasn't ready and facilitated free drinks while we waited for the room to be available. He sourced an accessible room for us and a room next door for my son and his wife. When he saw me waiting at reception to talk with someone he sorted my problem immediately

Exceptionally clean..modern deco. Spacious rooms. We were upgraded to a suite which was a bonus. Great location .walking distance to many attractions and shopping areas. The staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our 3 night stay at this beautiful hotel..will definitely return.
