Pros:

Amazing location, big rooms

Cons:

They never refilled our hand and body wash, our toilet wasn’t clean enough, and the shower didn’t smell good.

Pros:

The hotel is clean, and the housekeeping team goes above and beyond. The restaurant and business centre staff are also friendly, professional, and so helpful. I really liked the gym. It’s got everything. Breakfast is excellent.

Cons:

Your experience at reception really depends on who you meet. Most of the staff are very pleasant, but there seems to be a lack of consistency in how procedures are applied, which made check in more frustrating than it needed to be.

We were at BST Hyde Park
When we checked in, our rooms weren’t ready, so we left the luggage with concierge and was given a receipt, and headed out.
The hotel doors were locked when we returned (10:45pm) and there was security who would only let you in with a key, we explained our rooms weren’t ready and that we were due to collect keys with luggage, showed them the luggage receipts, but still wouldn’t let us in
Eventually after about 20 mins, he let us in (albeit making a run for it when another guest used their card to open the door!)
Reception staff were rude and non apologetic
