The family and I had a very good time, the food was delicious and the service impeccable we would like to give a special thanks to our waiter hamza as he was very kind and helpful during the entirety of our meal
Excellent service by Elijah at the front desk. Very friendly, helpful and efficient
Services were great and Mariyam who served me a few times was just delightful and so pleasant. Smiled and answered all questions too. Thank you.
We arrived quite a bit earlier than the check in time and Amisa was able to have a room for us with an amazing view of the city. The front desk team is amazing. Simply amazing! We just got here and know it’s going to be a great stay. Can’t thank you enough for being so flexible and helpful. Beautiful hotel!
After disembarking from a cruise to Norway from Southampton port, we checked into London Hilton on Park Lane for a six-night stay. However, we encountered a minor inconvenience during check-in. Despite waiting for nearly an hour after 3:00 p.m. at the Executive lounge, our room was not available. As Diamond members, we were slightly frustrated with the check-in staff at that time.
Fortunately, this was the only negative experience we had during our stay. Every morning, we were greeted with attentive and friendly service at the restaurant during breakfast. The concierges, Ian and John, were exceptionally helpful and efficient.
The spacious and comfortable room we stayed in had two comfortable chairs and ample closet space. We’ve stayed at Hilton or its associated brands internationally, and the service at this hotel truly stands out. We appreciate the outstanding service and highly recommend it to others.
The location of this hotel is incredibly convenient. It’s situated away from the bustling and crowded areas of London, yet conveniently close to Hyde Park, Green Park, and St. James Park. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring these beautiful parks on foot. There are buses located right outside the hotel, providing easy access to other popular sightseeing destinations within a short ride. The Green Park Metro station is just 0.5 miles away. While we did walk to Buckingham Place, Westminster Abbey, Piccadilly Circus, and Trafalgar Square, these attractions were all easily accessible. Additionally, the Shepherd Market, a couple of small blocks away, offers a diverse range of dining options. We will definitely stay here again.
My family and I stayed here for 3 nights.
The location is great, and the bell staff and front desk staff are wonderful.
But unfortunately outside of that, this was a complete nightmare disaster. Perhaps the worst stay I have ever had anywhere in the world.
And without a doubt, hotel management was the worst i have ever encountered.
The biggest issue was very simple: other (apparently much more valued) guests on our floor were smoking cigarettes in their rooms, non-stop, around the clock. Whenever the elevator doors would open onto our floor, we entered a hazy, smoky hallway that immediately brought me back to memories of an old Las Vegas casino in the 90s.
When we checked in, I thought we must have made a mistake and booked a smoking room. But it turns out the hotel doesn’t have any smoking rooms….just a massive enforcement problem. While they clearly agree that it is the law that nobody should be smoking, they refuse to acknowledge that people actually do smoke in their hotel anyway. They choose not to take any steps or actions to enforce the law.
A proper hotel response would be: perhaps provide a warning to the smoking guest(s) the first time, then perhaps a fine, then a threat of eviction, and yes, if after all of those warnings and fines someone continued to smoke, a proper hotel would then ask them to leave.
At the London Hilton on Park Lane, in 2026: the first time we complained, the manager accused me of mistaking their ozone cleaning product for smoke (while my wife, with asthma, was coughing away and the bell staff looked askance with their heads down knowing this was absurd).
The second time, the manager told me it was impossible for someone to be smoking in the room because that would set their fire alarm off, so therefore it must just be a misunderstanding on my part.
The third time, they finally agreed to check in with housekeeping and their bell staff - upon which time they learned that I was not mistaken nor making this up. And then finally they admitted that yes, I actually was smelling smoke, and that yes, that was illegal.
What was done then? Not much. A maintenance worker knocked on our door with a spray bottle(?!) saying they sent him to deal with the Odor. They told me that they sent someone from security to talk to the guests. Yet not even one our later, smoke was wafting through the halls again.
As the hotel had also previously messed up our guaranteed connecting rooms (guaranteed by Hilton 8 months ago at time of reservation yet the hotel gave our rooms away and stuck us across the hall from my kids until I objected), and as one of the toilets in our room didn’t flush, and as one of the rooms was not visited by housekeeping to make up the room….for all of this….
They provided me with compensation for one night (out of the three), which I feel is grossly inadequate. They also offered to upgrade us to a suite should we ever decide to subject our lungs to the onslaught again. Certainly not going to do that.
We got precisely zero nights of good sleep, zero rest, and my wife’s asthma was terribly aggravated (coughing all night, unable to sleep).
My family left less rested, less relaxed, more sick, and more stressed than when we checked-in.
If you search the other reviews for this hotel for the word “smoke”, you will see that this is appears to be a quite frequent occurrence at this hotel.
The hotel claims to be 100% non-smoking, including in the guest rooms, but that is just for marketing purposes.
Bottom line: Yes, this is Europe. Yes, people all of the world smoke in hotels still, including in their rooms, and where that is allowed and disclosed that it is allowed I have absolutely no problem with it. But if you claim your hotel is 100% non smoking including in all rooms, the law says you need to actually back that up with actual action! Here, management looks the other way and accuses you of lying because it’s easier and the smokers are paying more.
Wonderful stay
Great location
Amazing atmosphere
Spacious rooms
Clean and value
I had very good experience and special thanks to mr Abdul khakeq and Benny and Simmon for making my stay memorable. Special thanks to people in the lounge . I will surely go soon again to stay .
We had to switch hotel at the last minute after realizing that the hotel air conditioning where we were originally booked couldn’t keep up with the London heat wave in July. The Park Lane was lovely and cool and the front desk staffer, Simarjit, was incredibly kind and professional to two exhausted Americans who had spent at night at above 80 degrees Fahrenheit in another hotel. She was so kind that I extended our intended stay by 2 nights on the spot.
The service in the Executive Lounge was amazing and the hotel itself is in a beautiful part of London with access to everything we wanted to see.
Highly recommend !
We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Park Lane, and I would especially like to thank Reddy for his outstanding service.
Reddy was working at the reception when we checked out, and from the moment our car arrived, he greeted us with a warm smile and immediately assisted us with our luggage. He took the time to make sure everything was perfectly arranged before we left, and he genuinely cared that everything was all set.
His professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude made our departure smooth and memorable. Employees like Reddy truly make a difference and are a great reflection of Hilton’s hospitality.
Thank you, Reddy, and thank you, Hilton Park Lane, for having such exceptional team members. We truly appreciated the wonderful experience and look forward to staying with you again.
Well appointed suite, good service and food in Park Brasserie and executive lounge. With special mention for Stan in the executive lounge who looked after my arrival.
We had an amazing time staying here. It’s was our 10 year wedding anniversary. We was welcomed with fresh drinks as soon as we arrived, the room was incredible and so clean. The staff even bought us a complimentary cake and drinks to the room for our anniversary. Breakfast was delicious and all the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.
The location was spot on, and great value for money.
As always Hilton London on Park Lane is the best and most beautiful hotel in London from Hilton chain
And most part of the hotel for me is Executive Lounge Opposite Hyde Park
Mariyams service was excellent. She was both conscientious and attentive. Such levels of customer service are rare in the hospitality industry.
