We stayed at London Hilton on Park Lane to warmly welcome my eldest sister visiting from the U.S. Shortly after checking out, they realized that their passports had accidentally been left in the room.( My sister, she is 75 years of age)

I immediately contacted the hotel, and Tania at the front desk kindly assisted me along with Arwan or Ardel, from the concierge team. I was genuinely impressed by their swift response, professionalism, and sincere care. Their teamwork, attention to detail, and exceptional hospitality turned a stressful situation into a reassuring experience.

I would also like to commend Reny at the bar for being incredibly kind, patient, and attentive during our stay.

A heartfelt thank you to the entire Hilton Park Lane team as always for delivering such outstanding service. You truly exemplify world-class hospitality.

Great location just a short walk from the Tube
Pros:

The location was great as it is walking distance to the Tube and restaurants, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was quiet and clean. Abi at the reception was excellent as he went way beyond with details about the location, surroundings and amenities. I would strongly recommend this Hilton location in London

Incredible front desk check in with Bival! It was my first time visiting London and he was so welcoming and friendly! He truly started our vacation with a big smile! The buffet breakfast was incredible! The executive lounge was amazing! After 4 days, I felt like I got to know the staff and can’t wait to visit again!
