Die Lage und das Personal war sehr schön und freundlich, jedoch sehr langsame Bedienung und für 5 Sterne wenig Leistung

Lage sehr ruhig.Personal sehr freundlich vor allem die Putzkraft und Francesca.

Cons:

Das lange warten auf den Kaffee beim Frühstück sowie auch beim Pool leider langsame oder zu wenig Bedienung. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück sehr gering für 5 Sterne.

prima colazione molto curata in un ambiente che ricorda le antiche dimore delle nonne calabresi, ma naturalmente curato in tutti i particolari, il cibo proposto abbondante e vario, tra salato e dolce, ma sopratutto fresco e preparato sul momento

metterei la toilette in area piscina, perché è scomodo andare nelle camere, sarebbe perfetto se ci fosse un ristorante..

The staff did their best to assist us with our concerns, we’ll give it that.

Cons:

Unfortunately, this hotel is way over priced, and the advertising quite misleading.
It is not a five star hotel, and lacks simple things like room service, glassware in rooms, complimentary water etc. and the rooms are very basic.
We appreciated the staff helping to make up for this as best they can, but we feel management should greatly review their pricing and advertising.
We had a good time nonetheless, but it’s far from on par with comparable accom at the price point.

Všetko bolo krásne, nové čisté, super raňajky, krásny bazén, záhrady a milý personál.

Cons:

Jediné a veľké mínus je poloha vzdialená veľmi ďaleko do centra mesta a zlá pešia dostupnosť, lebo cestu musíte absolvovať z veľkej časti po ceste, kde jazdi veľa aút a nieje tam chodním. S tým sú spojené problémy so shuttlom. Hotel síce ponúka zadarmo shuttle, ale je to iba do 20:00 a v nedeľu asi vobec nefunguje, čo je vtip, lebo v noci je v meste Tropea veľmi náročné zohnať aj platené taxi. Ak sem cestujete bez auta budete mať veľký problém. Snaď sa na tejto problematike pokúsi hotel zapracovať.

Een hele fijne relaxte vakantie in rustige accommodatie
Pros:

Het is een heel rustig en relaxte accommodatie, met heerlijke ligbedden bij het zwembad. De service van Keith van de bar bij het zwembad was ook uitstekend voor drankjes en lunch. We namen altijd een taxi naar Tropea voor het avondeten want er is geen restaurant in hotel zelf. Francesca en haar collega's waren uiterst vriendelijk en regelden dit graag voor ons. Overigens is het restaurant Casa Romano in Tropea die bij het hotel hoort wel een echte aanrader en behoort ongetwijfeld tot de betere van de stad!

Cons:

Het zwembad gaat pas om 10.00 uur 's ochtends open en soms blijft het bord "closed" ook wel wat langer staan, dat had van ons wel wat vroeger gemogen. Er is geen barretje of terras om 's avonds na terugkomst uit Tropea nog even een afzakkertje te pakken. Hiervoor ben je aangewezen op de minibar op de kamer, waar we vervolgens de bij Keith ingeslagen wijn wel in kwijt konden om op het balkon nog even na te genieten.
