Great location comfortable rooms
Pros:

Well situated, close to Rod Laver and a tram line.

Room was spacious, comfy bed, great views

Cons:

The shower has no drop in the tile level so water threatens to spill over out the bathroom door.

I’d love some free water for the kettle.

Amazing
Pros:

The staff who welcomed us, both valet and concierge went above and beyond to welcome us and inform us of protocol and all the inclusions. We were informed that our room was ready a head of time which was really appreciated and made me feel a so special.

The executive lounge was fantastic, we enjoyed the vibe, it wasn't crowded and I found the offerings rather generous.
The staff were all so friendly and personable.

The breakfast was fantastic also.

I really enjoyed my stay and will certainly return next year for the same event , we'll stay longer next time for the central location and great service. Thank you and well done to everyone.

Cons:

Nil
would of loved an MCG view but fully understand that everyone would of have requested this also.

Side note: ban all Sydney players!
