Won't go there again - unpleasant experience for the price that I paid for the room was unacceptable
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, kitchen staff were very helpful

Cons:

Uncomfortable beds and very high pillows
Aircon which did not respond to the thermostat
VERY complex digital light switches which were a nightmare to operate, especially at night
Hotel expects you to DRINK water out of the bathroom tap and the housekeeping was so unhelpful when we asked for a jug of plain water and actually unpleasant interaction with the person who brought the bottle of water - he was actually quite snarky that we wanted water

A great hotel with wonderful facilities if you want to feel a million bucks!

Love staying at the Pullman! Always feel so welcomed.

Cons:

My room had a couple cleaning issues such as the shower wasn’t completely clean but other than that, everything was great!

Great stay for a concert
Pros:

Great location, good price and lovely staff

Cons:

The bed was two single beds pushed together which was quite uncomfortable. Air conditioning was turned on way too cold, I changed it but it took hours for the room to warm up. Doona was so so thin - but it was a freezing night. There were no blankets. There was also a scratching noise through the roof or wall all night which kept me awake
