Hotel très bien placé près du centre
Très propre, grand lit et grande chambre
Vue exceptionnelle sur le chateau de Frontenac avec notre chambre sur le fleuve
Restauration du soir sur place très bien
Pour le petit déjeuner il y a un snack grab and go avec tarif correct pour café et croissant

Price a bit too much from our experience
Pros:

Location was good. When we asked for things, it was given right away such as extra pillows and toilet paper. We had a great view from our room.

Cons:

The window was a bit dirty, so the view was a bit ruined. There were 6 elevators, but it seemed like only one was operating. The wait for the elevator was fairly long especially in the morning when we were ready to go out and do stuff. The shower pressure was really bad. So the next day, we asked to get it fixed. Someone came and fixed it, it was an improvement, but it was still low. I have stayed in some cheaper hotels while in Nova Scotia and we had better shower. Also, on our first day, one of the towels had a small hole. I didn't expect that from this hotel.

Good location, quiet and comfortable, but the hygiene is poor
Pros:

Good location, easier to walk to the old Quebec City. Facilities are great.

Cons:

The parking lot is under construction, with dust flying everywhere—it’s very dirty and messy. I was disappointed with the room cleaning: there were stains on the towels that hadn’t been washed out, and other guests’ hair was left in the bathroom—something I’ve never encountered in any of the hotels, large or small, where I’ve stayed over the past few years. So I’m very disappointed in a hotel of this caliber.
