Sehr schönes Hotel in Quebec City
Pros:

Super zentrale Lage. Sehr moderne Zimmer. Schöner Pool mit kleiner Poolbar. Für die Kids gab es eine kleine Schnitzeljagd durch das Hotel mit kleinen Überraschungen. Sehr leckeres Frühstück mit kleiner, aber dafür sehr besonderer Auswahl.

Cons:

Das Parkhaus und der Weg zum Hotel sind nicht so einfach zu finden.

Overall it was a really great stay and everybody was so nice in there. Very happy with Hilton.
Pros:

The view from our suite was avsolutely incredible.

Cons:

I tough the breakfast buffet was a little expensive at 40 dollars per person and a la carte was also priced per unit so came out as much as the buffet.

Lots of construction in the carpark. Got a bit lost in the car park and used stairs to get out - all doors in the fire escape were locked!

Bel hotel bien situé et belle vue
Pros:

la vue, la situation geographique, le personnel très agréable et attentionné

Cons:

la chambre nous a paru petite pour 30 m2
la piscine chlorée mais floue, même si un certain effort est donné sur la déco et l'aménagement autour de la piscine, je pense qu'un Hilton pourrait bien mieux faire. trop de béton , pas assez de bois ou vegetation pour rendre l'endroit plus sympathique. A ajouter que le personnel à l'accueil de la piscine était très souvent concentré sur son télephone et n'avait pas le temps de dire bonjour ou adresser un sourire

Pros:

L'emplacement est vraiment idéal, la vue est belle, la chambre pour quatre était spacieuse et classe. Parking (payant) au pied de l'hôtel super pratique. Très bien situé autant pour visiter le centre-ville à pied que pour très rapidement sortir de Québec vers les chutes de Montmorency ou Canyon saint Anne. Petite supérette dans l'hôtel, pratique également. L'accès à la piscine est un plus avec des enfants.

Cons:

La chambre n'était pas bien insonorisée, nous entendions la chasse d'eau des voisins. La piscine est assez grande mais le revêtement autour fait plus penser à un sol de garage qu'un lieu récréatif digne d'un Hilton. Il manque de fleurs, de décoration ect... dommage car cela pourrait être largement optimisé.
