Embassy Suites by Hilton Baltimore at BWI Airport

I arrived earlier than check-in time & to my delight both Mera and Tia ensured my wait was comfortable & enjoyable until first room became available. Mera personally came to find me to inform me of an early check-in and she ensured I had my welcome snacks (my fav Mr. Goodbar:)). And with a smile and no hesitation, Tia provided me utensils and table needed so that I could continue working although after breakfast service hours. Top notch service from both ladies.

Great service, enjoyed my stay! Hotel was nice and clean, staff were friendly. I Want to personally thank Tia for her wonderful hospitality. Definitely recommend. Will be back!

Great hotel, service from Tia was excellent!

Service and quality have gone down. I see that I wrote a glaring review at this same time last year. Stating then that I stay here pretty often. My latest trip was met with some issues. Plugs weren’t working in half of the room. I called the front desk to ask for an extension cord or something so that my son could plug up his medical device. The front desk advised that they didn’t have access to those things. I express the seriousness of the situation and still nothing. I was told that I’d have to wait until the morning and they would have a manager contact me. Upon checkout a manager wasn’t available and it’s been 2 -3 weeks and no one has cared enough to reach out. We had other issues but this was the most pressing to me. Even more concerning that a manager never reached out. I have to return to Baltimore 3 more times in the next three weeks and sadly, we’ll have to find another location. Unhappy Diamond member.

Also if you’ve been coming here for quite awhile, you’ll notice that they now charge for parking

I’m stayed at this Embassy Suites four times in the past seven months. I really enjoy the comfortable rooms and great full hot breakfast. The breakfast chef named Tia is amazing! She is so friendly and gets my omelette right every time! The only reason I got this review four-stars is because they recently started charging $15 a night for parking.

My stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Baltimore at BWI Airport was extremely positive. The hotel is comfortable, well located near the airport, and the atmosphere is welcoming and professional.

A special thank you goes to TIA, who made every morning better with her kindness, energy, and genuine smile. She truly represents the spirit of hospitality and made us feel valued every day. The breakfast staff overall were consistently friendly, attentive, and cheerful, even during busy hours. Their positive attitude created a great start to each morning and made the experience feel much more personal and warm.

Everything was good. The room was clean and the service was excellent. Tia, our cook was very friendly and patient. She was exceptionally patient especially for the people that showed up late. She explained everything and tried to assist them.

During breakfast we had the most wonderful hostess her name was Tia she was so polite and attentive she went above and beyond with her assistance

Tia did an amazing job with our omelets!! Her energy was top tier!!! Loved the experience!!

After visiting the Embassy in Baltimore, I must rate a 5 out of 5 ! The rooms were clean, with comfortable beds. The overall building had beautiful art and plenty of space! The breakfast area made me feel like I was at a real restaurant and the staff were friendly… Especially Tia in services ! Her personality was everything and she was very helpful and kind ! This is definitely an establishment I would recommend to my family and friends !

Me, husband and daughter went to the hotel and to breakfast and tia was so friendly and helpful.
