Clean room and facilities. The pool was open and clean.The complimentary drink and snack bar was a nice addition to our trip and the space was exactly as described. I would definitely return. I prefer these accommodations wherever we travel, if they are located there. We parked on the street which was free but you can park in the secured lot for a fee. Yes there is a small deposit fee that was returned the day of check out.

Both phones and one faucet in the room did not work.
Tia in the restaurant area was amazing. With the overflow of guests for breakfasts she made sure everything was orderly, she even made waffles for me and other guests while we waited on the omelette station.
During breakfast Tia was so helpful and kind. Employees like her is the reason I return to this brand. She was busy but helped my party and others.

Tia who works in at the hotel was one of the most professional and service friendly young lady that I have came across in my travels. Truly an asset to the hotel and the people she serves.
I'm a Hilton Diamond Member. I'll never stay here again, as the parking process is ridiculous! Just to get into the parking lot, you have to scan a code, open a webpage, input credit card information, and more. I just said the heck with it and parking in the street. Just pathetic!

I’ve stayed at this Embassy Suites a few times and it has been a good choice when I’d like to be close to BWI. The rooms are spacious and the hot breakfast is a great addition. This particular visit one of the employees, Mera, was especially helpful and welcoming. We only stayed one night this trip, but I would certainly stay again because of my interactions with Mera. Other staff members were friendly as well. The hostess at breakfast greeted everyone with a warm welcome.
