Will not be returning.
Pros:

Breakfast & Happy Hr was great. I love the costumer service that is shown during both times. Food is good and the reception area is kept clean. Room service is always a plus as well. I love that they offer that.

Cons:

My room had bedbugs. I thought that i could have let a mosquito in the room by chance because i had bites on my leg but when i woke up the morning i was checking out there it was. A bed bug on the pillow.

Pros:

The other guest use a slur word that starts with a N and I don’t like that my kids were with me. They heard it and all they did was talk about it on the way home also doors kept slamming all night long so I could not get the rest that I needed.

Cons:

The property was clean. Staff was great. The food was great half hours was great just for the incident that occurred other than that. It was nice. I enjoy the rest of it.

My overall was so so, and will not return
Pros:

The food was really good, clean rooms.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that housekeeping does not knock on the door before they enter, it happened twice during my weekend stay. I would suggest anyone that stays here to put the lock on the door. The parking is minimal and they do not validate if you stay on the property. though the food was good, but the whole week end they were short staff and the waitress that was there didn't give me all of my food, yet I was charged full price for my meal.

Won’t ever stay there again and will certainly not recommend to anyone.

Parking process was terrible
Waited 10 minutes for someone to show up at waitress station at 7:45 pm before I gave up waiting.
Cabinets in bathroom were disgusting.
Elevators were jerky.

If we didn’t have events to attend, I could’ve easily stayed in all day and watched tv.
Pros:

Very mellow. Didn’t have to wait long for elevators. Shuttles were early and ran all night. Had a self serve snack shop. Very clean. Was great.

Nothing.
