Pros:

Location was great. Amenities nice. Comfy. Staff was amazing.

Cons:

Microwave, no plates. When we used the cups for our soup, the next day, no coffee cups were left. I think you can get plate during breakfast. No toothpaste or toothbrush. Couldn't access the internet.

Will not win any beauty awards but it's OK
Pros:

Hotel definitely needs a planned maintenance schedule. Lots of wear and tear that can easily be addressed. Suites are a good size. Shame so many hotels accept dogs as there was a whiff of canine in my room and upon leaving the hotel watched a women letting her dog defacate in the hotel grounds.

This hotel receives 4* due to customer service. I was checked in by Adrian who was beyond helpful. Both finding my a late check out and supporting me with breakfast options that could accommodate my allergies..... bizarrely was more knowledgeable than the omelette chef.

Primero que nada el desayuno es excelente considerando el precio por habitación, el chef que desafortunadamente no tube su nombre pero es hispano igualmente que nosotros fue muy amable, porfavor díganle gracias de mi parte.
