Great location and able to walk to many areas of the city also only a 10 min walk to the metro to travel further afield.
Our room was perfectly functional with comfortable beds but a bit drab and expensive for what it was.

The "Old Money" feeling. the Lobby was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were very welcoming and kind. They also have bell men that were great!

Stunning property. Beautiful views from the room (a nice surprise as I hadn’t paid for or booked a lakefront room). Super friendly and helpful staff. And a great location, seconds away from the quiet lakefront but also right on the Mag Mile. This place deserves its reputation.
