Never again.
Pros:

The renovated room was nice and smelled clean, was close to elevator.

Cons:

Renovated room didnt have sleeping arrangements i purchased and after standing in line behind another customer with same complaint, I was given another room that was not Renovated. Far walk from elevators, smelled like cigarettes and mildew, and took arguing with cashier to get fixed. Then overcharged for mediocre breakfast and rude service
Screw this hotel.

Shoddy room renovations
Pros:

So, the hotel is undergoing renovations. I have been staying here for 20 years.

That said, I think that my room is already renovated. The quality of the workmanship is terrible. The ceiling are terrrible, wallpaper bubbling and falling off.

At exactly 8am construction begins with hammering and scraping.

Oh, new bathroom. Showed pots don’t stay closed.

I doubt I will come back.

Meh…it was just that
Pros:

Location only.

Cons:

It was a mess! I understand that renovations are necessary, but the space that wasn’t under construction was still dirty and unkept. The lights in the parking lot at night weren’t even working, creating a major safety issue!

Just don't go it's not worth it
Pros:

The location was close to where I was going to an event
They let me check in early

Cons:

Their was constructionand noise made it hard to in the room, we got very sick from the ice abd the machine smelled and leaked, for the price I paid it was lack luster and the place felt like shambles, it's the only hotel I've been too in a long time that didn't have a in room fridge. Would never book again

Not happy, would not book again.
Pros:

The location was prime; easily accessible to the areas I needed to visit without congested traffic. The staff was very accommodating during my travel because I arrived past 2am. The staff were very nice during the stay and approachable when I did express my concerns.

Cons:

I absolutely did not appreciate staying in a hotel that was under renovation when this was not listed on booking.com. The noise was so intolerable that I had to leave the hotel multiple times throughout each day just to get quiet time. Doing this completely ruined the stay for me. The room we stayed in was so dusty that we saw dust particles just floating through the air when we sat on the beds or opened the curtains. With a total of $671 for the weekend stay, I would have paid double that for a quiet room. I was so aggravated. Even hotel staff stated if we booked directly through the hotel we could have been refunded.

Avoid this so-called "Hilton"
Pros:

We reserved several rooms in this hotel for a family wedding. When we checked in we were given a delicious warm cookie – that was the last nice thing that happened to us at this hotel, which was one of the worst I have stayed in over many years of travel. I am willing to set aside the fact that the management made the dubious decision to take in guests while the hotel was under major renovation (which led to loud construction noise, elevators filled with old debris removed from rooms, and dust everywhere). But the bigger issues had little to do with the on-going construction. Rather, most of the issues were due to an utter lack of good service.

A partial list of the offenses includes the following: people in our party were assigned to rooms that were not habitable (one had a large pool of water in the middle of the floor, one had plywood covering a window, and another had a foul odor that made eyes water), which caused us to shuffle people between rooms and double up; the newly renovated bathrooms in some rooms had toilet seats that were not attached properly (causing a couple of awkward tumbles) and shower doors that refused to stay closed; some rooms were missing basic amenities (towels, hair dryer, coffee, coffee cups and/or glasses) while other rooms had televisions or refrigerators that did not work; several rooms were filthy when we checked in, including dirty towels piled in a closet and a bed with dirty sheets that were so gross the people in that room (the groom’s parents) checked out and drove home after midnight; some rooms were not cleaned during out stay, and (oddly) one room that had a “do not disturb” sign on the doorknob was cleaned; the hotel itself was quite dirty, with trash piled out front (not renovation debris, but trash) and dust so thick that we wrote “gross” on the furniture; the coffee urn in the lobby was not refilled after being emptied early in the morning (we asked to have it refilled and were told that it would be refilled “when the restaurant gets around to it” – it was still empty two hours later); and the breakfast buffet, which cost $15/person, was mediocre and less than what most hotels offer for free. I could go on. A final insult was that the bride and groom were not allowed to check in early and so, because they had to attend their own wedding, they could not check in until late that night after the reception was over; as a result, they ended up being put in a standard room despite having reserved an executive suite for their special day (and they weren’t even given one of the gift bags that they had themselves supplied!).

I would characterize this Doubletree as a hotel that doesn’t know how to be a hotel. My advice is to find a Motel 6 or some such in the same area – you’ll save a lot of money and will have a better experience.

Moyen
Pros:

Don’t waste your money
Pros:

The only good thing about our stay was the fact that the beds were comfortable

Cons:

Let’s start by the hotel will never answer messages or requests so I have the option to leave one then we went they were under construction, which was fine but only the first three levels are renovated so anything above the third level is still the old hotel, which is very dated disgusting gross nothing was vacuumed. Nothing was cleaned. The only thing we could tell that was clean was the bed no air-conditioning in the hallways elevators that don’t work food was subpar. God forbid the people that have to spend $15 a person just to have that breakfast. Make sure it’s included don’t pay for it almost feel as if you were scam.
