Pros:

Все ок в цілому — зручно та комфортно. Привітний персонал, зручна локація. Як рекомендація - у місцях, що є поруч, варто було б вказати, що саме біля готелю є зупинка автобуса Lufthansa Express Bus. Це було б корисно для клієнтів, які подорожують літаками Lufthansa. Я про це дізналась вже в автобусі, яким виїжджала з центру, тоді як від готелю — це пару метрів.

Cons:

Не вказано, що під час оформлення прання є додатковий податок на кожну річ. Про що мали б повідомити на рецепції. Не вказано, що біля готелю є зупинка автобуса Lufthansa Express Bus. Безкоштовний Wi‑Fi час від часу відключається.
