Great, worth, and goated
Pros:

Very welcoming staff, great service and patience, great communication and cleaning.

Cons:

We were needing 2 more chairs at the moment but didn’t get a response afterwards, not much of an issue but surely a inconvenience

El desayuno estuvo muy bien

Cons:

El hotel necesita remodelación se mira viejo y deprimente , las ventanas estaban sucias ,el personal todo me quería cobrar cuando yo pague el todo incluido , el parqueadero carísimo 48 dlls la noche , eso no te lo explican al rentar la habitación, las pantallas son viejas y no se pueden ver aplicaciones con Netflix o cosas así , lo que termine pagando fue demasiado para la experiencia pudiendo tener otras opciones del mismo precio con mejor calidad y más modernos , no vuelvo

Incredible staff, beautiful property, and the cookies are absolutely to die for!
Pros:

From check-in to checkout, the experience was incredible. Pierre was extremely welcoming. His customer service is top tier. Our room was very clean. The extra linens that were left in the closet came in handy as we used the sofa bed. Breakfast was really good. The gentleman that assisted us was very friendly and courteous. This was our first time stay at DoubleTree Suites, but definitely not our last. The cookies are out of this world. Pierre was gracious enough to give me extra for my kids because they loved them so much.

Cons:

We really enjoyed everything about our stay. If I had to nitpick, I would say the odor in the parking garage.

Staff at the reception tried to be polite and positive

Cons:

Breakfast - was more than modest, water in the room was smelling like in a swamp, bathroom equipment was old and cracked… The hotel has been in need of renovation for a long time.
