Very cool place to stay!!
Pros:

Very cool property! Lots of very cool features in the rooms. Directly across the street from the comedy club we were going to.

Cons:

No breakfast. Coffee shop is located in the lobby, but they’re pretty expensive.

Pros:

Great location near fifth street market, restaurants, spa.

Cons:

I dud not enjoy the fish and chips at the restaurant downstairs, but was happy there was food in the hotel. Also, the service staff were fantastic!

I enjoyed my time at the Graduate.
Pros:

The hotel was very nice. Food was good. Valet parking was excellent. We were ther for a youth conference. The youth hung out with each other. There were no worries about the younger teens being by themselves with friends.

Pros:

Kind attentive staff, great customer service. Clean comfy rooms, although the bed was a little firm. On the morning of check out while having breakfast noticed valet bring my vehicle up so I didn’t have to call or wait while they retrieved my vehicle.

Pros:

Valet was very helpful. Rooms are comfortable with plenty of space. Bar area was fun playing ping pong, darts and shuffle board.

Very clean for an older hotel
Pros:

The location was great, we had a show to go to one block away and everything was within walking distance. It was very clean and quiet as well.

Cons:

I didn't like that the bathroom fan didn't work, I was a bit worried about mold exposure due to this. I also didn't like how close the other rooms were to ours, although we were in a corner room we didn't get to pick the room or floor we reserved which was unfortunate.
