Great place. Highly recommend
Pros:

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Decor was very eclectic. Room was roomy and uniquely decorated

If you want nickled and dimed stay here
Pros:

Comfortable beds, nice location.

Cons:

So many reasons to not stay here! I booked the room in advance for $300, the day of my booking the room price was actually $236, they refused to refund the difference or give me the lower cost.

When we got to the room, the bathroom smelled like urine, and the bathtub was full of hair. I had to give my babies a bath, and the water would not drain, globs of hair were stuck in the drain.

My booking said breakfast was included. However, their breakfast is à la cart and cost money. Including drip coffee. When I talked to the front desk, they gave me two $15 breakfast vouchers, however this did not cover much more than a bagel or muffin with drip coffee. I said there are four people in my party, and I asked if we could get four vouchers, but was denied.

I got a muffin and a drip coffee, and it came to $12.50. She took my $15 voucher and refused to give me the $2.50 credit remaining. She said that balances were non-transferable even though I explained two of my family members still had not eaten.

After already paying extra for the room, booking here because I needed breakfast included for my family, and very politely speaking to front desk staff I have decided this is likely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They do not care about customer service, nor are they family friendly.

Perfect location. Parking ...ok. Decor was a treat. Food was expensive

Location. Next to Hult Center. Nice rooms. Big spaces. Love the decor.

Cons:

We are 75. Mobile. However the shower did not have a grab bar. It was sketchy to get into shower.

The thermostat wasn’t working correctly in our room, which was frustrating because you can’t open windows and it was uncomfortable. Hair dryer didn’t work. And the lighting next to one of the beds was subpar for reading.

Very disappointed.
Cons:

The hotel was described as a short walk to Autzen Stadium. This is inaccurate. The stadium is about 2 or more miles away that is not a short walk for someone with mobility issues. Our refrigerator was broken. They did replace this with a new refrigerator after 10:30 pm when I called. I have insulin that needed to be refrigerated. There was no hot tub. The toilet did not flush well. The AC did not work well. Everything was old. No free breakfast. Very limited times that the restaurant was open. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I have never paid this much for a hotel, and this was not luxury.
